The room was lovely, great bed and pillows, and i liked being able to control the temperature as it was freezing!
Staff were a bit lacklustre.
And the restaurant was a bit daggy too, food was nice but not much to choose from.
Location is a tiny bit further out than I expected for the price.

The very low shower head, I heard the guests next to me through the wall the entire night,m- needed earplugs to sleep, not expected or wanted especially after I had an injury, the fact you can’t sit on the toilet unless the door is closed, a $5 room service fee when I’ve never been charged that in my life- I’ve already paid for the room! I have an ankle injury & could hardly walk. You also allocated me in a room where I had to get up a heap of stairs.. awesome, thanks for that.. no assistance with bags when I got there after asking for a trolley & explaining, however they did get my room ready a bit earlier than check-in time.
The location was great, free parking at the hotel, the room was clean and spacious and had views across the park. Staff were very friendly at reception, they even put a special balloon and card in the room on arrival, a real nice touch. Definitely recommend.
Great location friendly staff
Everything was great but somehow I booked a room that wasn’t available when I got to the motel.
It was clean, tidy and rooms were easily accessible and well marked to what direction to take, especially as for me as my room was on a split level and having directions well marked made it easy to locate
The sinks in the bathroom were too high for me and made it a little awkward to wash my face of a morning without getting water on the floor.

Noisy right outside room was the cleaning area. Very loud and noisy. Couldn’t open blinds as you could see cleaners with their trolleys.

The bathrooms have no exhaust fans or any sort of ventilation….. By the time you have finished your shower the fire alarms almost about to go off or the toilet paper is soggy from all the moisture. The vanity is coming apart, also from the moisture.
Hotel room is very small & the breakfast is average. Not enough staff on duty either.
Overrated and note worth the money you are charged! Should be $180 a night not $260
Very clean and tidy also feels fresh with recent renovation feel.

Convenient for exploring Launceston. Had a large carpark. Staff were friendly. Room was very clean and had been updated.
Given a room on the ground floor nearest busy Brisbane street. It’s located next to a busy round about. Road noise was our issue. Breakfast was included and exceptional.
