Nice location close to shops and restaurants
Pros:

Good location
Breakfast was good
Staff excellent

Cons:

Had a room with Bathtub/Shower
Which I couldn’t use because of knee
Problem
Went to reception and staff member was Really good
And changed our room for a
Walk in shower no extra cost
Very happy

It was okay!
Pros:

Location was good-very close to main city.
Bed-Comfortable

Cons:

Parking-was a challenge
Room was a bit small in comparison to Rydges Hobart which we stayed at before Launceston
Room service-extra charge to deliver dessert to our room (staff should have been mentioned this charge at time of ordering)
