Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un problema con l’aria condizionata che non si spegneva e abbiamo passato due notti al freddo…non ci hanno cambiato né stanza né fatto uno sconto o altro ma ci hanno dato solo una coperta da mettere

Buon hotel per gli spostamenti, in centro e autobus e metro vicini.
Pros:

Posizione ottima, praticamente in centro, Staff gentile e disponibile. Stanza e biancheria pulita.

Cons:

Stanza e bagno per tre persone veramente piccoli. Nella doccia quasi non ci si entrava. La colazione dopo le otto e mezzo scarsa.

La atención de Ele, es muy amable y eficiente. Todo estaba bien respecto de calidad precio pero no volvería a alojarme allí, sucede que al dia siguiente comencé con una muy molestas ronchas tipo urticaria que pican muchisimo y pense que eran por algún alimento que consumi y mi sorpresa el último dia fue que descubrí chinches en la cama.
Cuando instintivamente mate las chinches quedo la sabana manchada con sangre. Horrible
Deberían hacer control de plagas.

Pros:

Personale gentile e preparato, struttura facile da raggiungere a piedi dalla vicina fermata della metro a soli 5min, accessibile anche da disabili. Comoda per muoversi nel centro della città. Camera accogliente e pulita.

Great location, a solid 2 star hotel. Poor Wi-fi.
Pros:

Location is very central, and the room was spacious enough. Breakfast was good, you book a time in, 30-minute slot. One day it was very crowded which made it difficult to move around; however, the other days were fine. They did run out of bread on a couple of days.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was poor, practically useless. I've had better Wi-Fi in rural Vietnam.
