The location is perfect. Staff very friendly. Clean hotel

Гарна локація. Від залізничного вокзалу 500 метрів, від визначних місць 300 метрів, до початкової зупинки туристичного автобусу Hop on Hop Off - 300 метрів. Простора кімната на трьох, зручна ванна кімната, сніданок до 10.30. Адміністрація через месенджер запитала,чи потрібно прибирання кожного дня. Безкоштовна камера збереження валіз. Клімат контроль в кімнаті.

Molto apprezzata la disponibilità e cortesia del personale,oltre alla posizione super centrale e comoda per raggiungere tutto sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici super efficienti. Stanza comoda e accogliente completa di minifrigor apprezzato. Oltre che pulita.

Pros:

Die Lage war top. Man konnte die Altstadt schnell erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Man hatte alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war für den Preis gut. Es gab aber jeden Tag die gleichen Wurst und Käse Angebote. Vielleicht hätte man einfach mal eine Sorte wechseln können.

Paghi solo la comodità di essere in centro. Servizi e comfort deludenti.
Pros:

Posizione comodissima per visitare il centro della città, ma anche per raggiungere fermate di metro e bus e raggiungere le altre zone meno vicine. Camera pulita e letto comodo. Personale disponibile. Comodissimi gli armadietti nella hall messi a disposizione per le valigie/borse in caso di arrivo o partenza fuori dagli orari.

Cons:

Bagno senza finestre e senza ricircolo dell'aria. Totale assenza di insonorizzazione sia verso l'esterno (con camere comunicanti e corridoio) sia interna (tra camera e bagno). Colazione molto basica, direi che non vale i soldi che chiedono.

Il punto di forza dell'hotel è l'ubicazione nella città vecchia, vicinissima a Plaza de L'Adiutamento e alla fermata Colon delle due linee della metro che arrivano dall'aeroporto, ma anche per muoversi in altri punti della città.
Della camera ho apprezzato soprattutto la comodità dei letti. La dimensione per una stanza singola è adeguata. Il bagno è piccolo, ma ha una bella doccia, La colazione è buona, con scelta di cibi dolci e salati, frutta e bevande.

Cons:

In bagno sarebbe gradito un impianto di aerazione, dato che è senza finestre.
Riguardo alla pulizia, dopo la prima notte mi è stato inviato un msg per chiedere se desideravo la pulizia in camera e il cambio asciugamani. Ho detto di no, ma poi non l'ho più ricevuto. Il bagno pareva pulito, ma i cestini sono rimasti pieni per tutti i tre giorni della mia permanenza
