Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et tenons à remercier chaleureusement l’ensemble du personnel pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

Une mention toute particulière à Suzy et Nour, qui nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance et d’attention. Leur disponibilité, leur sourire et leur professionnalisme ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable.

We didn't get to experience breakfast, though I image it would have been amazing. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, definitely staying there again.

Excellent staff pet friendly they appreciate animals
Pros:

They are pet friendly at the opposite of Bel Azur Hotel jounieh . Based on your policy you have to send a warning to Bel Azur. We appreciate their feelings with the animals
