Appartamento molto spazioso e con ampia terrazza, ben fornito, arredamento funzionale; molto pratico anche il vano di ingresso, utile per lasciare scarpe ecc. Spiaggia vicina.

Sehr nette Eigentümerin. Sehr sauber und gute Lage. Gleich alles in der Nähe (Supermarkt, Strand, Restaurant). In das Zentrum kommt man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles Top!

Die Inhaberin des Hotels Tiziana Merlin ist sehr herzlich und wir haben uns in ihrem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem unsere Hündin wurde rundum mit verwöhnt (jeden Tag wurde sie mit Leckerlis überhäuft:)). Ein sehr hundefreundliches Hotel, nahe Lage zum Strand - perfekt für einen Urlaub in Grado.

Hotel ist in Strandnähe. Supermarkt und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke.
Schönes Apartment, sehr sauber mit täglicher Reinigung, Küche super ausgestattet.
