Sala de jogos que aparece na foto, tem cobrança adicional sem menção nenhuma; Atendimento na recepção é apático; Falta de um gerente ou alguém que tenha noção de atendimento ao cliente em ambiente de hotelaria. Misteriosamente minha reserva foi cancelada um dia antes da visita e fui obrigado a fazer diretamente com o hotel.

Funcionários super educados e atenciosos, ótimo custo benefício, quarto bem confortável, banheiro espaçoso e limpinho e chuveiro excelente!

Cons:

Não são coisas graves, pelo contrário, mas me incomodou um pouco a porta do banheiro não ter uma trava para chavear ela, iluminação meio fraca e a tv poderia ser melhor!

Sala de jogos no qual cobram para usar os jogos. Café da manhã muito simples, decepcionante. Quarto com apenas um papel higiênico, ainda pela metade. Um sabonete pequeno apenas. A água do frigobar com cheiro forte de mofo.
