Vaza muito som dos outros quartos.
Sistema da tv no primeiro momento é complexo (Dois controle remotos, o ideal é padronizar em um só)
Chuveiros com falta da limpeza na saida de agua, ao ligar saem jatos disperços para todos os lados, você acaba sendo atingido por agua gelada no primeiro momento.
Estacionamento é sempre um gargalo.
