Pros:

Posizione perfetta per visitare Malacca.
Vicino a tutte le attrazioni e a tutti i servizi necessari.
Struttura bella e pulita.

Cons:

Unica nota "negativa" della mia stanza è l'assenza della porta finestra per uscire sul terrazzo; ci sono solo le ante in legno quindi si sente la strada ed ogni rumore esterno.

Great hotel and great value
Pros:

The hotel is a beautiful old house well-located in the historic part of Melaka, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and gorgeous boutique shops - we definitely recommend Calanthe Art Café, a café selling products made by local artists just across the street from the hotel. Our room, on the ground floor, was a good size and very comfortable. We very much appreciated the bathrobes and slippers which were provided, as well as the free toiletries. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Nothing. The hotel was great for the price we paid.

Avoid Room 201

Very clean, great staff, located in the heritage centre where you needed to be

Cons:

We thought that by paying extra for the "super deluxe" room, we would be getting the best room and maybe larger. The only difference was that it had a window right out onto an incredibly busy and noisy street! So not worth the extra $$$. Avoid Room 201 at all costs. They need to put soundproofing into that room!
In fact it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep in there so we asked to be moved to a quieter room with a "Courtyard view" and it was much quieter.

They wouldn't refund the difference though, which I was not happy about.

Cons:

Oa pas eu de chance , on a eu la pire chambre avec la Clim qui fait un bruit pas possible, une grande fenêtre sans rideau qui donne sur le couloir qui est éclairé toute la nuit, et des toilettes avec une odeur de pipi et la porte c’est juste un petit truc en bois donc aucune intimité.

On a rien dit parce qu’on est pas des gens difficiles, mais le pire c’est que 2h après être partie de l’hôtel je reçois un message du concierge sur whats app avec une photo d’une marque sur un drap qu’on avait soi disant fait. Cette photo sortait clairement de nulle part et en plus un drap ça se lave. Du coup ils ont gardé la caution qui était de 100myr.
Gros foutage de gueule franchement 😅

Good location only a minute walk from Jonker St. Clean room and nice to have warm water in the shower.

Cons:

Room was a bit small, seemed a bit hazardous with the kettle plug switching with the tv. Couldn't figure out how to use the TV

Convenient room for a short stay.
Pros:

The location was close to the main attractions. Bed and shower were very good.

Cons:

The room was small and one part of the wall only had a shutter, no window, so it was quite noisy. No breakfast available.
