Na reserva havia informação de que o hotel tinha estacionamento, e não constava que era pago. após feito a reserva e no ato do checkin, foi informado do valor de R$ 40,00 para uso do estacionamento. onde o atendente nos mostrou sobre tal informação em aba diferente da reserva. Vale reesaltar que no cadstro da reserva em nenhum momento foi feito a pergunta sobre estacionamento, levando o hóspide a erro, burlando o direito do consumidir, pois a informação deveria ser de fácil acesso.
