Pros:

Het uitzicht van het zwembad, het bed, kussens en dekens. Goede mooie ruime kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet.

Cons:

Bij aankomst met de nachttrein in de ochtend was 1 van de 2 kamers al beschikbaar maar we mochten er nog niet in omdat checkin time pas om 14 uur was. Het mocht tegen meer betaling. Bij zo’n duur hotel vind ik dat niet getuige van gastvrijheid, ook al begrijp ik dat dit de regels zijn. Bij een goedkope Homestay kan dat namelijk wel.
Een badjas in de kamer zou ook fijn zijn.
De prijzen voor de drankjes liggen ook een stuk hoger als je het vergelijkt met andere delen van Vietnam.

Pros:

Superb location as it is located at the riverside and center of almost everything I need.

Cons:

The shower area has no door, causing the dry area to remain wet all the time after showering.

Great stay
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They spoke English well, which made communication very easy, and gave us excellent recommendations, especially for places to buy silk. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return in the future. Highly recommended!

Amazing hospitality by Duyên!
Pros:

Had a great stay at Liberty Central Saigon Riverside Hotel. My highest praise goes to Duyên at the front desk—she was incredibly friendly and helpful, surprisingly arranging an early check-in for me when I arrived at noon just to drop off my bags. The welcome orange juice right after my flight was a wonderful touch. The hotel features beautiful decor and the rooms are perfectly clean. Will definitely return!

Amazing Hotel & Service was outstanding
Pros:

Thanh & Bac have been very welcoming and looked after us very well. Also the team in the roof top bar have been awesome. I will be definitely coming back to Riverside Liberty Hotel

Look elsewhere before this one
Pros:

First impressions weren’t the best. Went to Check in and the rooms weren’t ready. We booked the rooms in February and didn’t check in till 4pm waited in lobby until they were ready.
When we entered the rooms they stunk of bleach. Had to air room out.
The rooms were not sound proof. I could hear what the neighbouring rooms were watching on tv. You could hear all the vehicles and sirens as they went past.
The door person was always too busy talking or on the phone to get the door.
Overall from our stays in Vietnam this was the worst experience.

Pros:

Sạch sẽ, nhân viên dọn phòng nhẹ nhàng

Cons:

Wifi ở phòng cuối hành lang rất yếu, hầu như không thể truy cập internet, bể bơi mở hạn chế lúc 5h chiều. Một số nhân viên lễ tân ko lịch sự và ko chu đáo.
