An elegant haven by the Saigon river.
Pros:

I had booked the wrong night for
This hotel and they were so helpful in changing it for me and then upgraded us to an executive room with use of the executive lounge. Our room was stunning with a balcony overlooking the Saigon river. The breakfast was divine and the hotel team were absolutely amazing. The taxi was around 40 minutes from the airport, location was really good.

Nothing to dislike.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The shower was good size with great water pressure. Loved the river view at night. The view will be even better when they finish the construction across the street. The room was soundproof which was excellent.

Cons:

The hotel was in a nice walking distance to the Market, approx .8 miles (15 min). There was plenty of high end shopping and food close to the hotel. We preferred to walk to places that were a little more affordable. Luckily it is a very safe area to walk around at night.

Cons:

Vi betalte for opholdet d. 14-6 2025 924 € og da vi tjekkede ud kom vi til at betale igen. Så det blev en dyrt ophold 😡😡

Best Concierge Thanh Nguyen
Pros:

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Staff are very helpful especially Thanh Nguyen the Concierge.

Not only did Thanh help us book tours and advise on places close by to visit he also went over and above when I contacted him to advise him that the taxi that he ordered is for the airport ripped us off massively.

Thanh chased up the taxi company and actually got us a refund and had it deposited into our bank account! This sort of service deserves to be recognised.

Would definitely recommend this hotel and more so approach Thanh for all your questions he is a wealth of information.

Pros:

Location was great! You can access most of important sightseeing of central Hochiminh city in within walking distance. The view from the hotel to the river was fantastic! We love the view!

Cons:

Hotel was smaller than I thought, facility therefore is limited too. There were mosquitoes in the breakfast hall, flying around in early morning which was quite unpleasant

Nära centrum, 10-15 minuters promenad. Superbra frukost. Mycket fin pool. För oss som skulle vidare till Vũng Tàu var det också nära till snabbfärjan.

Cons:

Vi hade önskat early check-in, men det gick inte att ordna.
