The location was excellent in District 1, our room had a lovely view of the river and the staff were very courteous. The room was spacious, clean and modern.
The TV only had old fashioned terrestrial channels so the quality of the picture was very poor and the speaker on it was more than annoying as it buzzed a lot on certain frequencies, you would have though that in this day and age they would have digital channels as they do on the rooftop bar.
Location was great
Could have done with a few more Sunbeds, 4 isn’t enough. It’s lovely to have some relaxation in the sun in the afternoon, unfortunately it is all in the shade.
Only the location is close to tourist places
I had a very disappointing stay at Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint Hotel, especially for the price (around AUD 300 per night). I expected a premium experience, but it fell far short.
The room was very small and felt cramped, not worth the money at all. The hotel itself feels quite old, with outdated appliances and not very clean overall. The view was just average, nothing special.
Service was just okay. The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, and although the technician tried to fix it, it clearly felt like an issue with the old system.
Breakfast was another letdown, with very limited options and average quality. The pool was also very small and not impressive.
Overall, this hotel is not worth the price and felt like a waste of money. I would not recommend it.
Location & facilities very good
The large billboard across the river with very bright light is very distracting at night.

Its location was wonderful, the bar on the roof was great and the pool view amazing but the afternoon breezes were a bit strong and kind of cold. So too cold for me to swim. Good drinks.
Everything was fine but the dumpy construction that’s across the road spoils the view
j'avais séjourné quelques jours avant et la chambre était petite et la salle de bain très ancienne avec une vue déprimante, pour cette seconde nuit, je leur ai fait par de mon mécontentement, ils ont été très commerçants, j'ai une cette fois une bonne chambre avec grande salle de bain et vue sur la saigon river et m'ont offert le petit déjeuner.
tout était très bien, peut être du jambon blanc au buffet du petit déjeuner, lors mon prochain voyage au Vietnam, je reviendrais dans cette hotel, le personnel est vraiment à l écoute des clients et le spa est au top pour les massages.

d habitude je reserve directement avec l hotel, et j ai une belle chambre avec douche, cette fois ils m ont donné une toute petite chambre avec une toute petite baignoire et une vue affreuse....le petit dej tres moyen en comparaison avec d autres hotel de meme standing at ho chi minh
de plus je n 'ai toujours pas reçu la facture pour les suppléments sur place.....
