Pros:

Ubytování bylo velmi čisté a v klidné uličce, takže i u bazénu nebylo nic slyšet. Personal byl velmi milí.

The location was great

Cons:

Constant bathroom issues - from no pressure or no warm water, to issues with the toilet and flushing. The staff would be there quickly and patch things up, but the rooms we were in was beyond help and it became frustrating to just complain the whole time, because we just wanted to sleep and shower there. Also, one towel and no hand towels at all.

Pros:

Wie gewohnt ein tolles Hotel, bin jetzt schon zum dritten Mal hier eingecheckt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Super Dusche, alles sehr sauber und Wasser gibt es jeden Tag bei der Zimmerreinigung. Lage und Preis/ Leistung top!

Pros:

Lovely staff, very welcoming. Room was comfortable and the location is central.

Cons:

There was a damp water smell from our bathroom and the shower temperature fluctuated when set at a particular point.

Good price for this standard
Pros:

The location is closed to the city centre but quiet. The hotel feels relaxing and disconnected from the city so you could feel a different vibe as opposed to the busy tourist city vibe. Everything is within walking distance so very convenient.

Cons:

The amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste could have been provided.
Could include an additional shampoo to separate body/hair.
The rooms only have a conventional door lock. It's okay during the day but finding it slightly worrying during the night as the main door of the hotel is not closed and anyone could have access the premises and break into the room especially ground floor.

Awesome value for money in the heart of Kuta
Pros:

Location is amazing and staff are very good. The pool is nice and room is cozy. Not being on the main road means quiet nights.

Cons:

The facilities were a bit dated. The aircon made constant noise and we couldn't get the tv to work. Perhaps it was disconnected. We didn't need to watch it so it was ok.
