Pros:

The location is amazing, and I am more than thankful for the staff. I chose this place to spend my last 12 hours when my flight was delayed. I needed a good area and a clean, welcoming place. I was a bit clumsy and booked a day ahead of the day I should have arrived. The guy at the front desk could have easily turned us away. Instead, he fixed the issue and gave us the room a day earlier. I asked for an early check-in, and he gladly let us check in around 10 AM. He offered advice about the area and even gave us a map. The hotel itself is super clean and has an amazing walking-distance location from everything. I really recommend them.

Pros:

Centrally located but a little out of the way in a lane way. The staff were lovely.
There's also a few little cats at the property. They might come out and say hello if you're sitting by the pool.

Bel hôtel bon rapport qualité prix et surtout bien situé dans Kuta.
Pros:

Hôtel bien entretenu et propre.
Bien situé dans Kuta proche de la mer et du centre ville.

Pretty decent
Pros:

Spaces look nice, the staff was very friendly and super helpful!

Cons:

Minor things, I requested a queen or large bed and they approved it but got a room two single beds, there way to shower without flooding the whole bathroom and the sheets had a bit of a black stain, nothing that would ruin your holiday but could be better

Pros:

This hotel was just what we needed to spend the night and go to Gili the next day. The staff were wonderful. When my husband inadvertantly left his wallet in the room, the staff caught up with our car on a scooter and returned the wallet to us through the car window. Now that is EXCELLENT service!
