どこも清潔に保たれていて、エレベーターも直ぐに来るしお風呂も気持ちいい！良かったです。また利用したい！

It worth the money.
Pros:

I was lucky to have a very spacious room for my family of 3. I could easily open my 3 big suitcases which is very important for me to pack after the crazy shopping in Osaka.
Onsen was wonderful and the size is way bigger than the one in Dormy Inn Shibuya-Jingumae.
Location is ok, a little walk to the key shopping area and the metro stations but overall acceptable.
Price is at the high side but overall worth the money :)

Cons:

Room size (maybe I was just lucky). Staffs are polite and supportive. Fantastic Onsens.
I enjoyed the free late night ramen and the ice cream and drink after Onsen.

Overall, it’s a great location and very convenient for getting around.
Pros:

The location is a great place to stay and very convenient. It’s close to Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and Kuromon Market, and it’s also easy to take the train anywhere.

Cons:

The bed was very soft, which unfortunately made it quite uncomfortable to sleep on. It didn’t provide enough support, so it was a bit difficult to get a good night’s rest.

Excellent value for a stay that feels truly luxurious. リーズナブルな価格で、まるで高級ホテルのような体験ができました。
Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I especially loved how they greeted us with a cheerful “good morning” at breakfast. The restaurant food was top tier, and the service was always prompt and pleasant. My friend and I had the buffet breakfast and were blown away by how many options there were. Now that I’m back home, I genuinely miss the food — it was that good.

The onsen met all our expectations and helped me relax, especially when I was feeling nervous about the flight home. We were also given free drinks and ice creams after using the onsen, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The location was very convenient, with Dotonbori River close by, making it easy for us to get to our river cruise. The train line to Shin‑Osaka (the shinkansen station) is a bit of a walk from Dormy Inn, but the surrounding area is lovely, so we didn’t mind at all.

Even though we chose a compact room, it still felt generously spacious compared to our previous hotel in Tokyo. We loved the room — it truly felt like a home away from home.

スタッフの皆様が大変親切で、温かく迎えてくださいました。朝食時に丁寧に挨拶していただけたことがとても印象的でした。レストランの料理はどれも質が高く、サービスも迅速で心地よいものでした。友人と朝食ビュッフェを利用しましたが、料理の種類が豊富で大変満足いたしました。帰国後も、こちらの料理が恋しくなるほど美味しかったです。

温泉も期待どおりで、特に帰国前のフライトに不安を感じていた私にとって、心身ともにリラックスできる時間となりました。温泉利用後に無料のドリンクやアイスクリームをいただけたことも、心遣いを感じられて嬉しかったです。

立地も便利で、道頓堀川が近く、リバークルーズへのアクセスも良好でした。新大阪駅方面の電車はやや距離がありますが、周辺の街並みが魅力的で、散策を楽しみながら向かうことができました。

コンパクトルームを選びましたが、東京で宿泊した前のホテルと比べても十分な広さがあり、快適に過ごせました。お部屋はとても居心地が良く、「第二の我が家」のように感じられました。

Cons:

This is only a minor point, but the air‑conditioning unit in our room had a slightly damp smell. I’m not very familiar with how air‑conditioning systems work, so I don’t believe this was the hotel’s fault — the same thing even happens with my car at home. However, it may be a good idea for the property to have it checked.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at Dormy Inn and had no major issues at all.

こちらは本当に些細な点ですが、お部屋のエアコンから少し湿ったようなにおいがしました。エアコンの仕組みに詳しくないため、ホテル側の問題ではないと思っております。自宅の車でも同じようなことが起こるためです。ただ、念のためご確認いただけると安心かと思います。
それ以外はとても快適に過ごすことができ、ドーミーインでの滞在を心から楽しませていただきました。

残念。。
Cons:

大浴場を楽しみに行ったが、利用者の多くが外国人だったためかマナーを理解しておらず、シャワー席に荷物が置かれていて使えない状態だったり、子供が髪を結ばずに湯船に入っていたり、洗面台の利用が雑で汚くがっかりでした。特に洗面台は髪の毛が散らばり、タオルが床に散乱していたりと利用できる状態ではなかった。夜間混雑時間帯に監視・清掃にスタッフが入ることや外国人へのマナーの説明をしてほしい。

Nice hotel near the Dotonbori with public bath. Far from subway station
Pros:

The location is close to Dotonbori and the KIX airport limousine bus stop. Unfortunately, it's far from the subway or train station. The sento is nice

Cons:

The sound proofing works but could be better. We still can hear the street noise, especially the siren.
