A convenient, comfortable and friendly hotel. Highly reccomend.
Pros:

We loved the facilities and location. The onsen was well-equipped, including lots of thoughtful extras such as ice-creams to have afterwards. The restaurant offered delicious Japanese style breakfast, and ramen to have in the evening. Room was comfortable and quiet despite being on a lively street. Staff was really kind and helpful. It's just a few minutes walk away from Dotonburi, or Nagahoribashi station. We would definitely stay at this chain again in the future.

スタッフの対応　食事　お風呂全て大変良かった
Pros:

清潔でスタッフの対応も良かった
無料のアイスやヤクルトなどありがたかった　朝食も非常に美味しかった
帰りにタクシーを呼んでと頼むと費用が高くてなるのでと　フロントのかたが雨の中道路に出て拾ってくれた
とても嬉しかったです

Cons:

特にないのですがひとつだけ
化粧するのに洗面台にしかおおきな鏡がなくて　テレビ横に少し大きな鏡が欲しかった。椅子に座って化粧ができる様にして欲しいです

29～31May2026 三晚不清潔房間
雖然係冇執房類别住宿但毛巾、浴衣、樽裝水都要每日自動比住客掛！30號晚落大堂攞，一位短髮女職員提醒可以向電視order同每日每人提供一支水，入住時我冇留意比嗰張紙仔有寫(每日可以11點前向電視自己要求更換毛巾)，31號晚返到有掛咗毛巾向房門，落大堂攞兩支水，同一個短髮女職員問房號之後比咗兩支水好晦氣講每人每日一支水，我都係每日問佢攞每人一支水冇攞多，態度差！！！
舊年年尾入住同樣房種都有比齊毛巾、浴衣、水、咖啡包，今年就乜都冇要自己order毛巾同落去攞樽裝水，就算有温泉同近Doton Plaza Osaka 都唔會再住。

Excellent Location, Comfortable Room & Great Staff
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the beds provided a great night's sleep. We stayed in a room designed for at least three people, which gave us plenty of space. There was a sofa bed already set up as a bed when we arrived, although we did not end up using it.

The location was excellent. Dotonbori was only about a 10-minute walk away, and there was a FamilyMart right next to the hotel with direct access from inside the building, which was extremely convenient. Everything we wanted to visit was easily accessible on foot, and walking is something you'll do a lot of in Japan anyway!

The check-in and check-out process was also excellent. A member of the reception team kindly assisted us with check-in, making everything easy and stress-free. Check-out was very intuitive and took less than five minutes.

Cons:

There was very little to complain about. The room layout felt a bit unusual compared to another Dormy Inn property we stayed at in Asakusa. If I could suggest any improvements, I would adjust the lighting and reposition the television to make the room feel a bit more functional. Other than that, everything was excellent.

L'onsen es molt maco i complert, i s'agraeix despres d'un dia de turisme o de bon matí. El ramen gratuit de la nit està molt bo.
Bona ubicació, a 5 minuts de Dotonbori.

Cons:

El coixins del llit son molt durs.
