We chose Dormy hotels for the location and staff. We find it a good value for the money.

Cons:

1. 삿포로에서도 느꼈지만 객실에 구비된 잠옷? 대욕장용 옷? 이 너무 너무 더럽고 냄새가 나서 비위 강한 남편도 한 번 입고 벗어버림. 연박시 누군가 들어오는 것이 싫어 룸 청소하지 않는 방을 예약한 거지 빨래가 안 된 옷이 걸려 있는 방을 예약한 것이 아님.
2. 21일 새벽 3시 정도에 화재 경보가 울려서 대피하는 사건이 있었는데 그로 인한 피로로 여행자에게 소중한 하루를 망쳤음에도 호텔 측에선 원인 설명도 없고 체크 아웃할 때 종이 한장 사과로 마무리 지었다. 시간이 없어 컴플레인 못 했는데 외국인이라 그런 것인가 싶다.
3. 번화가 지역이고 호텔 앞이라고 하지만 너무 지린내가 나서 환기하는데 오히려 내힘들었다. 호텔 앞에서 길 본다고 핸드폰을 보는 그 잠시도 구역질이 날 정도였다.

A super location, with a fantastic onsen, but a room that needs a big makeover.
Pros:

The location is great - close to two train lines, Dotonbori, lots of shopping, and Kuromon Market. There is a Family Mart convenience store on the doorstep. The airport bus drops at the Doton Plaza, which is a very short walk. The onsen is really nice and there is a great selection of free ice treats to cool you down afterwards. There is also free yukult for the morning and free noodles at night (which we didn’t try after eating our way through Osaka).

Cons:

The rooms are very tired and lack any of the Japanese touches we experienced everywhere else. We expected the room to be small, but it felt claustrophobic because of the decor. Definitely needs a makeover. We didn’t even have teaspoons in the room to make the provided tea (which was powdered and needed a good stir).

部屋やホテル全体に清潔感があってよかった。朝食もおいしいし、お風呂もよかった。

Cons:

良くなかったと言うか、確認不足で、道を挟んで向かいにあるドーミーインに最初行ってしまった。

Pillows were pretty much a sheet with a small lump in them, you hear plenty of noise from the streets, staff was okay nothing special.
