Excelente
Pros:

Una estancia maravillosa en un lugar realmente especial.

Me alojé tres noches en Hacienda de Abajo durante unas vacaciones que buscaba dedicar al descanso y la tranquilidad, y el hotel superó todas mis expectativas.

Lo primero que impresiona es su decoración original y llena de personalidad, cuidada hasta el último detalle. Todo el hotel transmite una sensación de calma y autenticidad que invita a bajar el ritmo. Los jardines y la piscina son preciosos y, sobre todo, muy tranquilos.

La habitación era amplia, luminosa y fresca, y contaba con todo lo necesario para sentirse cómoda durante la estancia. Destaco también especialmente la limpieza.

El personal merece una mención aparte: siempre atento, amable y profesional, pero sin resultar en ningún momento invasivo. Quiero destacar especialmente a Sarah, de recepción, por su cercanía y por hacer que la estancia fuese todavía más agradable.

El desayuno es muy completo y de calidad, y cenar en el restaurante del hotel fue también una experiencia fantástica: cocina refinada, en un ambiente tranquilo y muy agradable.

Hacienda de Abajo es de esos lugares en los que realmente consigues desconectar. Sin duda volvería.

Pros:

Przepiękne miejsce z historią. W pokojach imponujące obrazy i antyczne meble, ale wg mnie największą zaleta jest przecudowny ogród. Wystrój hotelu idealnie do niego pasuje, tak jakby ktoś rzeczywiscie włożył serce w aranżację całości. Basen otwarty dla gości do późna, otoczony pięknymi roślinami, które dodatkowo cudownie pachną. Świetna obsługa, smaczne śniadania, super lokalizacja względem centrum miasteczka. Na pewno wrócimy!

heel aangenaam en mooi hotel
Pros:

het ontbijt was prima , de tuin en het zwembad was fantastich. ook het personeel was heel vriendelijk en steeds bereid
om info te geven.

Cons:

de keuze van brood bij het ontbijt kan misschien wel iets uitgebreider zijn.

Hidden jewel
Pros:

We found this place by chance, and felt in love immediately. Hotel is very calm, relaxing. There are some points to improve, for example breakfast service, which is not bad but neither outstanding. We had once dinner, and this was ok, but here again, nothing one remembers.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. The hotel is beautiful - full of interesting individual touches and furnished with antiques and eclectic paintings. Comfy beds, immaculate housekeeping, good air conditioning, L’Occitane bath products. The tropical gardens are gorgeous and create a lot of privacy and atmosphere. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect, especially as there was a heatwave while we were here so we did more swimming and less hiking than originally planned! Tazacorte is a lovely town with real character and lots of great places to eat within walking distance.
And the staff are fabulous - friendly, great attention to detail and we truly felt like welcome guests not customers. Jose and Sarah on reception and Nelson at breakfast were particularly special.
Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Wonderful lunch experience
Pros:

We went to the restaurant for lunch and it was undoubtedly one of the best degustation menu offered anywhere on the island. the place is beautiful and our attendant, Daniel, was pleasant and incredibly helpful. thank you!

Una hacienda del siglo XVIII decorada con un recargo que me pareció excesivo. (Pero los gustos son libres)
Podía haber sido una agradable experiencia por el entorno pero al llegar se truncó. He ido por trabajo, tenía 2 habitaciones por el precio de 420€!!, le pido la factura a la persona de recepción y me dice que hasta pasados 15 días no me la puede dar,
-por qué? Le pregunto
Hasta que booking no nos pague.
Mi asombro no daba crédito, intenté razonar con esta persona explicándole que para mí era necesaria la factura, que ese no era mi problema, que la emisión de la factura no suponía el pago de la misma, dándole todos los argumentos que podía darle y su respuesta fue que ya me mandaría la factura por email en 15 días cuando recibieran el pago de booking.
No entiendo que un alojamiento que quiere dárselo de “top” tenga este comportamiento con el cliente. Si no se fía de booking que no ofrezca el alojamiento.
Me pareció de tan mal gusto que me hizo no apreciar las instalaciones.
Duermo en hoteles decenas de veces al año por trabajo y nunca me había pasado esto.

Perfecto para desconectar
Pros:

Todo, la hacienda, los jardines, la decoración, el restaurante, la paz y tranquilidad que se disfruta. Pero sobre todo el magnífico trato del personal, muy amable y profesional. Te hacen disfrutar de una estancia que te deja gamas de volver lo antes posible.

4 days in a 5 star hotel
Pros:

Wonderful experience, from the moment we checked in. Carmen was so friendly and helpful and greeted us with complimentary cava on arrival.

The superior room was incredible, so many superb touches. Turn down in the evening with quality chocolates left on the pillows.

Breakfast was so tasty and varied and Nelson looked after us with such good humour and friendliness.

The pool was heated and very relaxing set in stunning grounds and the jacuzzi was brilliant.

Would definitely return here. One of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in.
