אני אשמח לשבח את שווקי שנתן שירות אדיב 10/10 כל הזמן עם חיוך על הפנים ונחמד מאוד!
בנוסף דמיטרי נתן שירות מעולה ואדיב מאוד.
אנחנו רכשנו גם בחנות המלון והמוכרות היו כל כך נעימות, סבלניות ושירותיות ברמות שאין לתאר!

האינטרנט האלחוטי לא עבד בכלל ובנוסף הייתה לנו תקלה שהמזגן לא עבד במהלך הלילה ובן זוגי התעורר מזיע, עם זאת לאחר כמה דקות שחייגנו לקבלה הגיע במיידי בחור מקסים שתיקן את המזגן.
