This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of the beautiful city - we'd return in a heartbeat!
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of the historic Castiglione Del Lago area. The room was charming with an excellent view of the lake. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of us as we were traveling with our 4-month old. The restaurant at the bottom floor of the hotel is fantastic and includes a complementary daily breakfast.

Cons:

My one complaint was the parking situation. There is a parking lot nearby that is paid from 8 am to 8 pm, but it was initially difficult to find (Google Maps tried to have us drive through the main street which is not drivable). They are very strict about the paid parking - we received two parking tickets during our stay so make sure if you park there overnight you move your car or pay by 8 am.

A welcoming, comfotably hotel
Pros:

Very welcoming staff, a beautifully sited restaurant serving tasty, reasonably priced food, and a comfortable room overlooking the garden and the lake.

Cons:

The only reservation I have is that the room could have had a chair in it. Having said that, there probably wasn't enough space for it, and there was a lovely sitting area close by with a lake view.

Het personeel. Bijzonder vriendelijk en het ontbijt en de kamer.

Cons:

Steeds 4 grote trappen op naar de 2e verdieping maar dat was onze eigen fout. We hadden er niet op gelet of er een lift was.

La posizione strategica, nel pieno centro storico, la camera spaziosa e molto pulita, lo staff disponibile e molto gentile, la colazione sulla terrazza panoramica ricca e con prodotti di ottima qualità! Nota per i motociclisti più esigenti, la struttura dispone di un piccolo garage a 150 m.
