Pros:

We made a last minute booking agree a mix up with other accommodation. The staff were amazing bet welcoming and the rooms and setting are very relaxing. Will return again. Well located just outside of Warburton.

Beautiful and welcoming stay
Pros:

The location is beautiful and the view of the mountains from the property is breathtaking.
The breakfast lounge has a glass windows and doors that look out onto the nature, and you're a 1 minute walk to the river where you can be at peace.
The staff were really welcoming, special shoutout to the Irish receptionist for giving us tips on parking in Warburton and showing us the best coffee place in town, genuinely one of the nicest people I've met.
Included breakfast was made by hand and the muesli as well as the cooked food was delicious.

Cons:

There wasn't a lot of natural light in the bedroom itself but you're not spending a lot of time in there anyway.

Cozy, comfy stay for a weekend getaway
Pros:

Location was great next to the river, beds and room heating super comfy. Breakfast was homely and simple, venue was clean.

Cons:

Showers and rooms were a bit basic and weird with the dining table in the room.

Pros:

Beautiful location on the Yarra River. Nice breakfast included. There were 2 nice common sitting rooms with billiards.

Cons:

Room was very small. No hanging space. Small TV. Staff were more friendly to some in the breakfast room and brief with us.

The atmosphere was amazing, the location and the property itself was so beautiful and Christine and Kathleen were so accomodating and so friendly and truly made our stay so perfect and comfortable!
