I love this place. I think of it as my home away from home.
Pros:

The room is very clean and the bed very comfortable. I like the little balcony and I was so close to the beautiful river and the view of the grounds is lovely. The bathroom is also very clean. Heating and cooling are really good I have been in summer and in the cooler months. I love this place. I think of it as my home away from home. The staff are fantastic really lovely people. The rooms and location could not be better.

Warm and hearty stay next to the Yarra river

Location is nice, right next to the Yarra, and very close to Warburton.
Room is extremely nice and clean, very comfy.

Great location with lovely riverside rooms with views, good facilities and great friendly staff.
Pros:

The property is well located and looked after with lots of history, clean with all the good facilities and breakfast you need on a holiday, good sized rooms with views and close to good restaurants and cafes nearby. Christine and team looked after us really well and we will definitely be back.

Gorgeous location and very comfy bed. The decor in the historic parts of the house are beautiful.

Cons:
