Great stay in the centre of Hanoi
Pros:

Location was amazing, so close to so many food and drink places, great shops nearby and the Lake is a close walk, staff are so friendly and helpful, the room is a decent size

Cons:

The stairs, if you are older or have trouble getting up and down steep staircases be aware!!

Location and staff only positive

Correcto para estar cerca de todo en el Old Quarter
Pros:

Ubicación buena si quieres estar en el centro de todo. Desayuno bueno!

Cons:

Faltaba manutención en todo el hotel. Ropa de cama y toallas necesitan una actualización.

Lovely staff and Breakfast, It was a cheap room but glad we only stayed a night.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and responsive and the breakfast was excellent made my a young man.

Cons:

The photos do not show how tired and worn the place now is, there was construction work during the night outside which we were not informed about. There is no lift and although one set of luggage was carried up for us we felt we should take the other set rather than the young man having to carry everything up.
You can also hear beer street until late at night.

It’s not awful if you have low standards.
Pros:

Two positive things:
1. Dinh from customer care got in touch with me prior to my arrival and was very friendly and extremely helpful.
2. The location is right in the heart of the Old Quarter.

Cons:

The room was on the ground floor, just behind some kind of kitchen and next to a shared toilet. We could hear people using it right next to our door. The room itself is very old and had a lot of flies, as well as a slight moldy smell. We were supposed to leave our luggage there, but we didn’t feel comfortable, and the place didn’t feel secure enough for us to trust them with our suitcases for four days. The price isn’t worth what you’re getting.

Schlechteste Unterkunft in Vietnam, die wir hatten
Pros:

- tolle Lage, sehr zentral
- trotz anliegender Partymeile keine Geräusche von draußen

Cons:

- die Fotos auf booking entsprechen nicht der Realität
- die Wände sind sehr (!!) hellhörig, da wir im 1. Stock waren haben wir jedes Mal gehört wenn jemand durchs Treppenhaus gegangen ist
- gerade früh morgens war es sehr laut und wir haben auch das Essen gerochen, welches für die anderen Hotelgäste zubereitet wurde
- Bettwäsche und Handtücher (und auch die Möbel) sehr in die Jahre gekommen
- kein Fenster
- Badezimmer war sehr klein und recht schmuddelig
- das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war eher schlecht, für 35€ die Nacht (und auch günstiger!) haben wir in Hanoi sehr viel bessere Alternativen gefunden
