Good value for money
Pros:

Great location, close to the city center. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed is quite comfy.

Cons:

The corridor was a bit messy. The hotel was a bit smelly when we walked upstairs (maybe it was the cleaning detergent). No elevator available so be awared if you have some luggages. We didn't have any suitcase so it was okay for us.

Rumore insopportabile!!!
Pros:

Nel cento del quartiere vecchio

Cons:

La struttura si trova a pochi metri da una delle strade di movida notturna di Hanoi, si sente rumore fortissimo fino alle 2-3 di notte. Inoltre proprio difronte alla struttura c'è un cantiere dove lavorano degli scavatori; la cosa che per me è inspiegabile è che, oltre a lavorare durante il giorno (e fin qui normale) iniziano a lavorare anche intorno a mezzanotte fino alle 3 del mattino.(siamo stati 3 notti quindi non è stato un caso) Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni al personale mi ha detto che non ne sapeva niente e che se volevamo erano disponibili i tappi per le orecchie. Anche con i tappi il rumore e le vibrazioni sono insopportabili. Siamo rimasti solo perché ci hanno fatto pagare all'arrivo (e non poco 60€ a notte quindi ci aspettavamo un altro livello) la pulizia poi lascia a desiderare, i tappetini della stanza credo che non siano mai stati lavati da quando gli hanno messi. Potrei continuare ma mi fermo qui. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE!!!!

Comfortable size room, convenient location, very helpful staff! Good for the price
Pros:

Good location to explore old town, lots of restaurants/cafes/shops nearby, 10mins to the lake.

Hotel were accommodating with our 1am check in, and organised a reasonable airport transfer for us.

Dinh was very helpful in helping us ring and communicate with the airport everyday to locate missing luggage which arrived in Hanoi 3 days late.

Also helped us arrange reliable transport to cat ba for a reasonable price.

Comfy bed, hot water as long as you remember to turn it on 20minutes before hand.

Cons:

Very close to beer street, so obviously noisy - make sure to bring earplugs.
Also construction work/diggers directly opposite which work throughout the night
Obviously out of the hotels control but just to be aware if you’re a a light sleeper.

Very good!
Pros:

The customer service lady Dinh was very friendly and helpful, and she helped us book and organise the ha Giang loop. She gave plenty of information on the surrounding area and places to see. The room was also very nice and comfortable. Location is also good for being close to beer street, without being too noisy.

Does not look like the pictures at all. Quite dirty rooms. We had a shoemark on our bedsheets. The fridge in the room did not work and when we asked if we could change room they said that they were fully booked (we could however see that there were many available rooms on the website).

Mi habitación estaba muy bien por el precio. Y el personal era muy amable.

Cons:

Mucho ruido porque está en la zona de fiesta, imposible dormir. Me toco el quinto piso, y no hay ascensor!!! Cuando haces el check out te "guardan" las maletas en el pasillo de la recepción donde todo el mundo pasa para ir a la habitación, cualquiera puede robarte.

Pros:

Absolutly nothing - this was the most aweful experience. From dirty, to feeling unsafe and beyond loud. I did not sleep a wink, and had a panic attack in this room.
