Our toilet would not stop running all day and night. It would go on and run then off for a little bit, then on again. Very loud.

Very nice Hotel. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and Lea at the bar. All the Staff was very courteous.
Pros:

The roominess of the room.

Cons:

We continually heard the people walking/jumping in the room above us (we were on the 3rd floor).

The spacious well appointed room was a an excellent value.
Pros:

Location handy to downtown Bellingham. Desk staff was friendly and accomodating. We requested on our reservation a hot pot for the room and a room on an upper floor. Both were ready for us when we arrived. Very nice lobby with an excellent eating area. The price was lower than expected. Liked the noon checkout.

Cons:

The reading lights above the bed were extrememly weak - unuseable for reading.
There was mold in the shower where the glass wall meets the floor.

Convenient location from Bellingham airport.
Pros:

Complimentary breakfast, quick response to room service, security entry after 10 needed your card/key to enter facility. Spacious rooms and they accommodated our request of connecting rooms.

Everything was wonderful, except the pool
Pros:

Nice clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast

Cons:

There was so much chlorine in the pool it made our eye burns and we weren’t even in the water. My kids started coughing. The amount of chlorine cut our swim time way short.
