Cons:

Under construction and didn't know until we arrived, WAY overcharged for parking, sent shuttle to wrong hotel after our return from a 10 day trip, customer service awful... Nothing positive to say and will NEVER stay there again.

Great location, comfortable beds and soundproof room.
Pros:

Very comfy beds and nice soundprood room. Close to airport.

Cons:

Breakfast did not have muffins or pastries and the "hot items" were barely warm. Hotel was under renovations which we did not know when booking. The place we had a meal at had very short tables. Not comfortable to sit at.

Great location and convenient shuttle to the airport!
Pros:

Location near the airport was terrific, and quiet! The room was large, clean, and comfortable!

Cons:

The staff was a bit aloof. There was a major renovation in progress, which was fine just a bit inconvenient getting to our side of the hotels.

We were glad to enjoy the amenities of your hotel on short notice and appreciated readyvrrliable scvess to the airport.
Pros:

Had airport shuttle- close to airport. Quiet; good facilities; enjoyed fitness centre

Cons:

The restaurant had limited choices; pasta dish disappointing

Checking in , girl did not let us know to walk to the far end of the building to get up to our floor as the available lo

The A/C heater thing turned on and blew loudly every 15 minutes even though I turned it off at the wall thermostat like it said to do . We were only in room trying to sleep for a layover from 11pm until 6 am but were unable to get sufficient sleep due to malfunctioning climate control .

soundproof rooms, comfortable beds and great location close to airport
Pros:

Breakfast wa just "ok" eggs, potatoes, sausages were all cold. there weren't any muffins

Cons:

There was a lot of renovating going on which made it difficult to get to restaurant, and main lobby was closed - there was no mention of this when booking hotel. Only after we booked did we get a message about renovations just before arriving.
