Pros:

В день заезда оплатили всю сумму, но сразу вспомнили что хотели выехать на 1 день раньше и спросили можно ли вернуть стоимость последнего оплаченного дня. Нам ответили что можно, но только если мы подойдем к ним в день отьезда. Мы так и сделали, нам сказали что перерасчет и возврат сделают в течение 3-10 рабочих дней, но до сих пор нет возврата, хотя уже почти месяц прошел
Мы выехали 11-го июля, сегодня уже 8 августа
Получается так обманывают людей?

Tolles Hotel, tolle Lage, tolles Frühstück
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Wir hatten eine tollen Blick aus dem 42. Stock und die Küchenzeile im Zimmer war sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und insgesamt war die Übernachtung im Hotel ein tolles Erlebnis.

Cons:

Es gab keine Möglichkeit, bei frühem Aufbruch statt des Frühstücks ein Lunchpaket etc. zu bestellen, das Frühstück ist dann für uns an einem Tag entfallen.

La altura de las habitaciones, la vista y luminosidad. La ubicación.

Cons:

Si bien el desayuno es muy completo, hay un tema con el microondas. Siempre está muy sucio, con leche derranada, por ejemplo; lo que hace que sea muy desagradable y antihigiénico.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, chambre avec vue extraordinaire. Propreté impeccable. Petit-déjeuner au top et personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Les lits doubles pas très grands comme à chaque fois à Manhattan malheureusement.

Excelente ubicación , hotel con todas las cómodidades y un personal excelente

El personal muy amable , sobre todo Luis Ramírez y Luis de recepción que estuvieron atentos en todo momento . La ubicación es inmejorable . Y las habitaciónes modernas y limpias .
