Lots of things
First of all the photos are not actually reflecting what you see from the windows
Technically there was literally no need to overlay for the view

No smiles on the staff faces
We had a challenge with heating - noone came for two days

Complimentary coffee at the lobby - there was no coffee

Bags with dirty sheets from other rooms were on the floor near hour room for the whole day.
