Pros:

The staff from the reception is very welcoming and nice (Look for Golden, he is great!), room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, we requested a crib and it was delivered to our room very quickly!

Cons:

We’re not a fan of the moquette on the floor - even if it seemed very clean, but can be helpful when you have a toddler who might risk to fall from the bed!

Perfect base for work — simple, comfortable, and steps away from everything that make NYC special!
Pros:

The location was easily the best part of this hotel. From here, I could walk everywhere that matters in Manhattan. The theatre district was just a short walk away, Times Square was right there, and Hell’s Kitchen with all its great food options was around the corner. I also walked to some of the best bagels and Central Park. When you’re in New York, being able to explore the city on foot makes all the difference, and this hotel makes that incredibly easy. Honestly, what more could you ask for in NYC?

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. The hotel isn’t grand or particularly luxurious, but it gives you everything you actually need for a comfortable stay. In a city like New York, you’re mostly out exploring anyway, and the incredible location more than makes up for the lack of frills. The city outside the door is the real highlight.

It is so old and not clean in dire need of refurbishment! they also sell their most expensive rooms as Times Square corner guest room, where Times Square is nowhere to be seen!!! I have stayed there before COVID and experience was 180 degrees different, so was quite disappointed…

Hotel céntrico pero necesitaría una mejora
Pros:

Al hacer el check in nos hicieron upgrade a una habitación del Residence Inn, que es el hotel que está en el mismo edificio. La habitación grande y correcta. Con buenas vistas. En principio mejor y habitación más amplia. Nos incluyeron el desayuno que no lo teníamos contratado, fue un detalle genial. No podemos opinar del Courtyard.

Cons:

Hall del hotel no es nada bonito, parece sucio y desordenado... No entra por la vista y debería ser la 1a impresión. Los ascensores y pasillos habitaciones son viejos, oscuros y tristes.
La calefacción de la habitación hace mucho ruido cuando funciona. El de nuestros colegas también hacía el mismo ruido.

La posizione assolutamente favorevole per girare buona parte di Manhattan anche a piedi. Vicinissima a Times Square. Personale gentile, stanza abbastanza spaziosa e pulita.
