Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to New York.
Pros:

I had a great stay at Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Central Park. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Manhattan, especially being so close to Central Park and many attractions. The views from the room were beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay.

The room was comfortable and clean, and everything worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to check-out.

Buena atención y fantástica ubicación
Pros:

El personal muy atento y atendió nuestras preguntas incluso en español!
Limpieza y todo lo de la habitación correcto.
Ubicación cerca a todo para hacer las rutas a pie. De 10 días sólo 03 dias tuve que usar metro. El resto del.hotel a las atracciones a pie.

Excellent location, super efficient staff, clean and comfortable room.
Pros:

Excellent location. A clean room and bathroom that was refreshed daily. Everything worked. But the best experience was with the front office staff. They were absolutely superb, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made my stay a pleasure, ready to accommodate any need. Bravo!

Cons:

The room was small, but that's NYC for you. In fairness, it was very comfortable.

Would stay again!
Pros:

Loved Jaime at the front desk, so kind and took all of our questions with joy! Orlando at the bellmans desk was a delight and handled all of our airport travels along with assisted with directions. Rooms are small but it's NYC, could only hear noise from the cleaning staff. The decor was not my style, but again it's NYC. The location was perfect for our Broadway, central park needs. Would stay again.

Buena ubicación, ascensor rápido y personal atento

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con Booking. Estaba pagada la estadía pero no actualizaron esa información al hotel, al llegar debimos pagar nuevamente y tener ese problema presente, fui yo quien tuvo que reunir la información para demostrar que pagué doble en vez de que booking y el hotel lo solucionaran internamente. De todas formas el personal fue amable, booking deja bastante que desear

La migliore scelta per essere vicini a tutto: uscendo dall’hotel che si trova sulla 54, a destra in 10 minuti si arriva

Great location, spacious room for New York City. Clean room and friendly staff. Good value for New York prices

The circulating fan for the room connected to the AC was too strong and hard to control. In the corner room I had, it turned one side of the room into a wind tunnel so I kept it off.

La atención en recepción fue excelente. La limpieza en general muy bien.

Cons:

Perdieron una camiseta que dejamos encima de la cama, era blanca, así que imagino que al cambiar las sábanas se la llevaron por error. No la encontraron. También encontré un bolígrafo bajo mi sábana bajera, supongo se les cayó al hacer la cama. Las camas dobles pequeñas, de 140-150 máximo, para dos personas.

War ok, geht besser
Pros:

Das Zimmer war von Größe her ausreichend.
Die Lage ist super, man ist gleich überall.
Frühstück haben wir nicht beansprucht.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wenn man sich im Badezimmer aufhält, hört der Mitreisende alles was da passiert.
Geputzt wurde in unserem Zimmer, leider 3 Tage auch nicht. Sehr staubig alle Möbel, die Haare wurden nicht aufgesaugt, die Teppich wurde leider auch nicht gesaugt. Die Handtücher wurden gewechselt und das Bett gerichtet, mehr leider nicht.
