Pros:

The room temperature was so high. It was 27 degrees. We set it to 22. But they told us that it was centrally controlled. It was too hot to sleep.

Nightmarish experience, just opened but not ready
Pros:

Newly opened hotel, only 2 months. You can see stains in the bath tub, staff desperately in need of proper training. Front office couldnt find my booking and charged me double the rate I booked at. Front office manager lied to me, going back on his word of honouring my online rate when I extended. Key card expired even when I had extended. Looks nice on the outside, but the service desperately needs work.
