I had a lovely staying at the hotel, the swimming pool makes all the difference 🥰
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful, i would definitely go again once I need it, especially cause they have a great location very close to the airport

Ok für einen Stopover, gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Für ein Flughafenhotel und einen kurzen stopover ok. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich umfangreich. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Insbesondere das Bad war nur oberflächlich gereinigt.

Sehr schönes Swimmingpool.
Gute Lage mit top Shuttleservice zum Flughafen.

Cons:

Das Restaurant ist gut, aber der Sevive lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir mussten nach der Bestellung eine Stunde warten, bis uns das Essen serviert wurde.

Deja mucho que desear. Mal gestionado.

Cerca del aeropuerto, traslado gratis.

Está mal gestionado, al llegar me dijeron que no aceptaban pago con dólares en efectivo, de lo cual no se te informa previamente, cuando le comenté la situación a los recepcionistas no fueron capaces de decirme nada. Luego el servicio en el restaurante tarda demasiado para todo, para darte la carta, para tomarte el pedido, estuve casi media hora esperando un postre con el salón casi vacio, no hay excusas. En el desayuno tenían un jugo de guayaba PODRIDO. Les falta una tostadora de verdad. Y asi muchas cosas. La iluminacion de las habitaciones podria ser mejor ya que la luz artificial es muy débil y te obliga a forzar la vista. En el baño principial del hotel en el primer piso faltaba JABÓN. Tienen que reponerlo constantemente.
El hotel tiene potencial pero definitivamente todo el equipo humano debería mejorar.

Em terra de cego, quem tem um olho é rei
Pros:

Localização próxima ao Galeão.

Cons:

Preço muito alto para o que entrega, porém é salvo pela escassez de opções próximas ao Galeão.
Ar condicionado do quarto ao lado estava com problema, fazendo barulho extremo, que poderia ter sido evitado com manutenção e zelo adequados.
