Séjour sympathique
Pros:

Le cadre et l’emplacement. La possibilité d’avoir une chambre pour 4 avec 2 espaces séparés.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel Collège en face.
Il nous a été dit que le petit déjeuner était servi jusqu’à 10h.
Nous sommes arrivés à 9h20 et il n‘y avait plus de pain ou de croissants.

It was a unique stay that was more than adequate.
Pros:

The location was great and the building was fun.

Cons:

We were there for two nights and they had someone at the front desk 24/7 but, half the time the front deck help was very unfriendly and off putting.

A romantic, historical base in the centre of Lyon's old town
Pros:

The hotel was ideally located, just to the north of the Vieux Lyon (old town) area and close to the Saone river. The rooms are located off a stone spiral staircase that's open to the sky - very atmospheric! There's a small reception area on the ground floor, with a lift linking that to the rooms. Our room wasn't massive but did the job - it was basically a bedroom, a bathroom and a storage/dressing area but that was all we needed for our four night stay. The shower was excellent and the lighting in the room was good. The TV had a good selection of French language channels.

Cons:

We struggled a bit with the lock on our room door but got there in the end. The open plan nature of the hotel meant there was a bit of noise from other guests walking up and down the spiral staircase outside our window but nothing major (there was also ZERO noise from the street outside, which was ideal!)

Pros:

We loved our stay here. Place was really clean and tidy. Location was perfect as it could walk to most of the places. We also got upgraded to a suite. Would highly recommend this place.

Très agéable et emplacement très pratique; possibilité de faire beaucoup de chose à pieds ou en bus.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal. Hôtel calme. Chambre plutôt petite mais très confortable.

Cons:

Petite incompréhension sur le petit déjeuner qui n'était pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre et qui demandait à être réservé la veille. Nous avons trouvé facilement une solution ailleurs même si l'hôtel nous a proposé une solution alternative.
