Experiência frustrante para não dizer pessima

Infelizmente NAO INDICO o hotel, primeiramente não tem acessibilidade para cadeirantes, e nem quem vai com carrinho de bebe, que é nosso caso, para acessar o próprio hotel tem q subir 03 degraus, para o elevador tem que subir 06 degraus, para ir até o café da manhã ou vc passa por dentro do hotel onde consta uns 20 a 30 degraus, ou vc passa por fora do hotel.

Tivemos uma experiência péssima com uma recepcionista no qual foi em todas as ocasiões grossa e sem sabedoria ao falar, foi uma senhora q sempre nos tratou com grosseria. Diferentes dos demais funcionários q foram cordeais e solícitos.

Durante a estadia metade dela foi em banho gelado, e nos informaram que era assim mesmo, porém no dia seguinte veio água quente, e isso foi em todos os quartos do nosso hotel.

O custo beneficio dele realmente não valeu a pena, solicitei berço por conta da nossa bebe, mas o berço não cabia no quarto q nos colocaram, tivemos que transpor a cama para sair e entrar no quarto, por causa do berço q tinha q ficar na porta.

Nunca reclamei dos lugares hospedados, mas dessa vez foi necessário. Reafirmo, NAO INDICO ESTE HOTEL.

Funcionários enrolados. Erraram, e levam muito tempo pra admitir e consertar o erro. Quarto em um corredor bem feio.

Foi uma péssima experiência. A despeito da confirmação da reserva pelo Booking, não havia qualquer reserva no hotel, muito menos quartos disponíveis. Fiquei com uma criança de 5 anos sem ter para onde ir, jamais voltarei, péssima organização.

Nada de bom! Cama horrível, banheiro Velho, catinguento, assento quebrado, abelhas invadiram o banheiro pela janela, elevador só vai até o terceiro andar, o restante vc sobe carregando malas e filho na mão! Não vá é furada!

Um excelente custo benefício ficar no prédio econômico as áreas comuns, rest, piscina, são as mesmas

Eu pedi pra ficar mais uma noite e a gerente acho que não se deu ao trabalho de nos alocar em um outro quarto, tivemos q sair p outro hotel depois de duas noites lá.
Ficamos no último andar e tinha que subir escada depois do elevador
