Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Pets are welcome, only upon requesting directly from the hotel.
It is mandatory to present a vaccination card up to date.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Cons:

Usei como critério três hospedagens nas últimas vezes que fiquei. Nos andares baixos não foram muito boas. Barrulho, pessoal fumando na piscina o cheiro chega nos quartos.

Foi uma boa hospedagem, em ambiente acolhedor, bem localizado.
Pros:

Localização excelente, tanto em relação ao acesso à praia, quanto a outros locais de interesse de viajantes. O estacionamento é terceirizado e bem atendido. As dependências de hospedagem são limpas e arejadas. O café da manhã é excelente, tanto no cardápio, quanto no atendimento. Um hotel muito bom.

Cons:

Poderia ser melhor o acesso à internet, o WI FI não funcionou. As toalhas poderiam ser mais novas.

É visível o cuidado e a dedicação da equipe em proporcionar um atendimento diferenciado e acolhedor.

Gostaria de fazer um elogio especial ao funcionário Eduardo, que mesmo estando em treinamento demonstrou muito profissionalismo, atenção e simpatia. Foi excepcional no atendimento e certamente tem um futuro brilhante na equipe.

Além disso, a localização do hotel é excelente, muito prática e conveniente, o que tornou nossa experiência ainda melhor.
