Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Pets are welcome, only upon requesting directly from the hotel.
It is mandatory to present a vaccination card up to date.

Pros:

Ótima localização, excelente cafe da manhã e valor adequado.

Cons:

O quarto até que tinha uma boa estrutura e confortável, mas o banheiro é horrível. Porta papel fica ao lado do vaso sanitário e ao sentar esbarra nele. A água quente em nosso quarto não estava esquentando. Box do banheiro estava com barulhos e parecia que iria quebrar ao abrir ou fechar a porta.

Gostei de tudo!
Bem localizado, café da manhã variado, quarto limpo e cheiroso. Só deixo uma crítica construtiva aqui sobre o Wi-Fi , precisa melhorar o Wi-Fi do quarto. Fica desconectando sozinho o tempo todo.

o hotel é bem localizado, confortavel e espaçoso, faltou um pouco entender que o estacionamento nao é na entrada do hotel e que o elevador se comunicava diretamente com o estacionamento.

Cons:

durante a estadia tivemos um problema pois tinham acabado de fazer uma obra no encanamento do hotel, entao a agua estava marrom, inclusive na privada, nao causando uma boa impressao. alem disso ficamos sem TV e sem WI-FI por uma instabilidade na regiao, segundo eles, porem estavamos com 2 crianças que dormem assistindo TV, isso dificultou bastante,

Pros:

Me hospedei esta semana no hotel e se não fosse pelo péssimo atendimento do recepcionista Jorge, que foi muito rude, sem noção e nos constrangeu na hora do check-in com sua extrema arrogância e falta de educação, a experiência teria sido ótima pois o hotel é muito bom, com excelente café da manhã e localização. Hotel limpo e cheiroso.
Infelizmente deveríam ter mais cuidado com os funcionários que lidam diretamente com os hóspedes pois isso derruba a imagem do hotel.
