Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Pets are welcome, only upon requesting directly from the hotel.
It is mandatory to present a vaccination card up to date.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Nos gusto la experiencia en general, muy moderno y completo el hotel. El desayuno variado y bueno, el gimnasio contaba con lo necesario. El espacio de las habitaciones amplios. En el centro de camboriu cerca de todo.

Un hervidor para beber un te o cafe en la tarde en los dormitorios con microondas y que el spa haya estado cerrado

Hotel muito bom, com boa estrutura e bem localizado.
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom, ótima localização, hotel com boa estrutura, piscinas, sauna, academia...e tudo funcionando, porque tem hotel que comunica que tem espaço de lazer, mas muitos não funciona na prática.

Cons:

A TV poderia ser mais prática para procurar os canais, muito complicado, acabei não achando e sendo tv smart nem youtube dava para usar. O banheiro por não ter janela, deveria pelo menos ter um exaustor e a água do chuveiro vazava um pouco para fora do Box.

Cons:

A televisão foi uma decepção, não entrava a Globo, quando o técnico chegou mostrou como acessar durou uma hora mais ou menos, depois pulava de canal, apagava tudo, uma bagunça. Hóspede não tem que entender o “novo sistema do hotel”. Chega liga a TV e tem acesso a todos os canais. Simples assim. Quarto 1037.

Aceitável, mas da pra melhorar.
Pros:

Variedade de comidas no café da manhã, espaço do loby bem bonita.

Cons:

A moça que faz as tapiocas estava gripada e tossindo ao fazer as tapiocas, o quarto tinha cabelo no chao do banheiro e ao redor dos coisas tem sujeira, tipo ao redor do shampoo... Lixeira de abrir com a mão op que torna anti-higiênico... pães do café da manhã sempre dutros (nunca devem ser do dia).
