Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Pets are welcome, only upon requesting directly from the hotel.
It is mandatory to present a vaccination card up to date.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

A luz da varanda fica apagando e acendendo sozinha a noite inteira… acredito que o sensor esteja quebrado… e muito incômodo. Amém disso o rapaz da recepção na chegada extremamente ríspido e mal humorado.

Pros:

Hermoso lugar, céntrico, personal muy amable y el desayuno buffet variado muy bueno.

Cons:

Nos costó mucho comunicarlos los primeros días con el Room service, la piscina temperada no estaba funcionando y el olor del baño de la habitación ( olor fuerte a húmedad).

O sistema de TV por Internet é não funciona e não sintoniza nam um canal de Santa Catarina. Não tem TV no rall de entrada que funcione durante o dia. O café fechado e o bar nem sempre funcionado. Restaurante a noite não funciona e durante o dia não divulgam os horários de funcionamento..

Pros:

El hotel es excelente he estado 5 veces ,maravillosa ubicación, desayuno completísimo,personal muy atento, muy buenas instalaciones en todas las áreas

Podría sugerir :
Que avisen que instalaciones están en mantenimiento ,no funcionaba la piscina temperada ni el jacuzzi..
También sugiero que suban un poco el nivel de las sábanas las encontré muy ásperas
