Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Pets are welcome, only upon requesting directly from the hotel.
It is mandatory to present a vaccination card up to date.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

The hotel does not have parking, but attached to the hotel building, there is the company Sensus Park which has extra costs. Rates and availability must be consulted.

Gostei de ficar o último dia que arrumaram 01 apto para família com varanda que foi muito bom

O primeiro apto muito ruim, trocámos para outro pior, e qdo estamos cancelando a estadia no último dia nos colocaram em um apto de família com varanda, isso porque eu praticamente implorei

Opção de hotel no centrinho de BC
Pros:

A localização do hotel é muito boa, bem no meio de BC, facilitando o translado para os pontos turísticos. O café da manhã é bem completo, um pouco cenográfico, mas muito bom. Destaque para o chuveiro do quarto, muito top.

Cons:

Bem caro para o que oferece. O quarto é simples, nada de mais. A recepção sempre tumultuada. Na minha estadia havia muitos gringos mau educados. Não tem estacionamento, porém oferecem um que é pago a parte, próximo ao hotel, da pra acessar por um dos elevadores do hotel.

Excelente hotel mas não pode descuidar na alta demanda.
Pros:

Já é a 3a vez que nos hospedamos, os 3 quartos anteriores eram bem diferentes, sendo este último o melhor deles. Gostamos muito do hotel, principalmente o conforto, café da manhã e localização. Sempre que puder, voltaremos com certeza, uma vez que as experiências anteriores foram excelentes.

Cons:

Desta vez algumas coisas deixaram a desejar, e nos chateou bastante mas acredito ser a alta demanda e não tiveram tempo para uma limpeza 100% do quarto e faltou instruções na recepção de como acessar ao quarto. Também ficou péssimo a fechadura eletônica do quarto com 8 números diferentes sem opção para uma troca pessoal da senha.

Falta cavalete para as malas, o banheiro é apertado.
