Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Pets are welcome, only upon requesting directly from the hotel.
It is mandatory to present a vaccination card up to date.

Hotel bueno en el centro de Camboriú
Pros:

Hotel bastante completo, con buenas instalaciones y una buena ubicación a una cuadra de la playa, cuenta con piscina a temperatura ambiente y una temperada que no siempre está disponible, el sauna seco y a vapor solo disponibles después de las 6 PM.
Buen desayuno con bastantes opciones.
Cuenta con servicio al cuarto con menú desde su restaurante con opciones más accesibles que restaurantes externos.

Cons:

La piscina temperada solo estuvo operativa un día de los que fuimos.
El sauna no estaba lo bien cuidado que debería, un día no parecía aseado y la temperatura no era la adecuada.
El parking es de pago extra pero con un precio muy accesible.

pésimo hotel
Pros:

El trato de sheferson q era el único q estaba atento. Era el maletero q estaba en la recepción. En el año 2024 para nosotros q viajamos hace 16 años seguidos a Camboriu, Sibara era el mejor hotel . El desayuno increíble con cafeteras Express cada 5 mts . Este año en el 2026 no sé si cambiaron de directiva pero es pésima. solo hay 4 cafeteras . La pileta y el personal era lo único q valía la pena.

Cons:

En el 2024 cuando fuimos había ducheros higiénicos en todo el hotel q nosotros los Argentinos usamos mucho y ahora lo sacaron. El personal de recepción eran todos antipáticos excepto los chicos de las maletas. Nunca más volvería a ese hotel q dice ser de 5 estrellas y creo w hoy se le cayeron 3.

O hotel está super bem localizado, o café da manhã é excelente, o atendimento é ótimo. As áreas da recepção, do café é amplo. Excelente custo benefício.

Inflexibilidade em algumas questões, tipo vôo foi cancelado. Fomos no dia seguinte. Não deram desconto. No booking tb não aceita cancelamento.

Pros:

Todo increíble, el desayuno variado.. muy bonito todo. Las instalaciones muy buenas.

Cons:

Nos sucedió una situación puntual. Fuimos a cenar y estuvimos 40 minutos esperando 2 platos, que al final… no salieron. Nos regalaron las aguas que solicitamos mientras estuvimos esperando pero fue bastante decepcionante.
