Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Pets are welcome, only upon requesting directly from the hotel.
It is mandatory to present a vaccination card up to date.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Estacionamento impossível estacionar carro do porte do meu! Uma bmw modelo X5 ! Apto escuro e mal cuidado! Havia feito a reserva para 4 diárias e só utilizei uma sendo as outras 3 perdi! Solicitei ao hotel o estorno ou credito das mesmas, mas foi negado!

Bom custo benefício, bom café da manhã, mas precisa melhorar

Café da manhã e restaurante são excepcionais. Muito superiores ao restante. O endereço é muito bom, mas o estacionamento é caro e quase terceirizado e sem manobrista. A aparência do hotel é acanhada, mas fica perto de comércio e tem escritório de concierge que ajuda bastante.

Cons:

A aparência dos quartos é o ponto fraco. Mobília gasta, televisão pequena e mal dimensionada. O teto com pintura mal realizada e talvez mofo. Frigobar antigo e sem nada. O hóspede tem de comprar os itens e o termostato não funciona direito (coisas congelam).

Cordialidade dos funcionários. Vasta opção de café da manhã. A localização, recepção ampla e agradável pra tomar drinks... Quarto sempre limpo e troca de toalhas feitas. Achei prático, voltaria a me hospedar no Sibara.

Cons:

água quente do chuveiro que demora a encontrar a regulagem, mas só, no mais, gostei mt do hotel.
