According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
Pets are welcome, only upon requesting directly from the hotel.
It is mandatory to present a vaccination card up to date.

Estacionamento péssimo, ainda mais que estava com bebe de 6 meses chorando no carro, cheguei primeiro e foi atender outra pessoa...

Conforto, localização e custo x benefício
Na propaganda do hotel consta estacionamento privativo, entendi como estacionamento próprio, gratuito, como em outros hotéis, porém é cobrada uma diária de R$ 60,00, o que não é informado no momento da reserva no aplicativo.
