On Tuesday the breakfast was closed
The building is beautiful and the staff are fantastic. This is the perfect Hacienda.
The only negative was that it was quiet while we were there as we were not visiting in the high season.

We stayed in a charming traditionally decorated room with a veranda in the spectacular grounds of the colonial castle building which was built in 1580! But you can get to stay in the castle too!
The grounds are spectacular.
The pool is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed swimming in it during a storm! And watching the animals from the pool: multiple birds of all sorts, iguanas, a peacock, ants beetles etc. And as the sun set the sounds changed to crickets and frogs. Truly magical. In the morning there was a loud dawn chorus from the birds. Fabulous!!
Points to note:
It is 15 minutes drive from the town so a car is useful
There is no bar and the restaurant has limited hours.
The rooms are decorated in a plan traditional style.

Amazing experience! The grounds were phenomenal and the staff (Jessi) was incredible!!!! Highly recommend.
Cancún is beautiful but very touristy and not much privacy, hacienda offers peace and tranquility.
Staff takes pride in the hacienda and it shows.
Hacienda is perfect for history buffs or anyone that just wants to feel like they are in a fairy tale.
The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond for our group and had great communication. The pictures didnt match up in real life compared to the website. Very lack luster. Because of the photos we expected high-end. But it was definitely not that. The restaurant did have good food but hours are very limited. The breakfast was not included even though it said it was on the reception sign and online. The website also stated it has transportation to the airport. It was just a very run down small taxi that barley made ot to the airport. Next time i would book my own transfer. However thats not the staffs fault but the hotels. All in all it was a great stay and we would be back just because of the kind staff.
Very unique property rich in history
terrible place. NO WIFI in room, NO FOOD. Restaurant was closed. staff completly unhelpful.

What a beautiful and peaceful place just 10min dribeoutside of bustling Valladolid and close to Mayan sites and cenotes. We felt like princes and princesses staying in the castle like Hacienda and enjoyed the serenity of that place.
We liked everything about our stay. The only thing to be aware is that you cannot get dinner at the restaurant on the premises. No big deal though as Valladolid is close by and we enjoyed trying out different restaurants in town
Gardens were lovely
Place is run down. Restaurant was closed and the place is far from town. Page indicates resto open 0800 to 1600. Went for breakast but the was no chef. Resto not open in the afternoon
Kitchen lacked sufficient cutlery and croquer
