Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, jedoch stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Busbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz nah. Draußen war es nicht laut. Es gab einen Aufzug zu den Zimmer. Frühstücksauswahl war mager, für den Preis.


Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut , Busverbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zudem war es draußen angenehm ruhig. Ein Aufzug zu den Zimmern ist vorhanden. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war allerdings für den Preis eher begrenzt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, sodass man sich zu zweit kaum bewegen konnte. Es gab keinen ausreichenden Platz für Koffer. Shampoo wurde nicht automatisch nachgefüllt. Hinweise an das Reinigungspersonal (z. B. das Zimmer nicht zu reinigen oder an einem bestimmten Tag nicht zu betreten) wurden nicht sofort berücksichtigt. Außerdem war die Beleuchtung im Zimmer sehr schlecht, besonders zum Schminken.

Worth the money but the evening staff needs more training

I stayed here few times and the place is nice and close to everything

Cons:

The staff are always the same the morning shift and the Night Shift are super nice however the staff who take the evening shift I believe he’s called Mehmet is very low in performance, on my first night he scared me as I was coming to my room around 6pm where he stopped my at the lift asking for my room number in a loud way next to other man who were in the lobby , i felt very uncomfortable to share my room number as so many people were around and I didn’t even recognize the guy who claimed he is a staff , after that I just took my key and said I stay here but he kept asking and asking I ignored him and I asked him to stop ( I speak Turkish )
Later on he called me room randomly, I went down again and he said next to the guys sitting there your room is **** I felt So annoyed and. Wanted to leave but I had already a reservation for 2 days after I just started ignoring him whenever I see him.

لااكرر الزياره للفندق بسبب حجم الغرفه

A Wonderful Stay
Pros:

I recently stayed at The 22 Hotel in Istanbul for the second time, and once again, it was a really lovely experience. The hotel has such a nice and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are always kind and helpful, which makes you feel comfortable right away.
We had an apartment with a beautiful view of Istanbul, and it made the stay even more special, waking up to that view every morning was just amazing. The location of the hotel is also perfect, close to many great spots, restaurants, and public transport, so it’s very easy to get around the city.
Everything was clean, cozy, and well taken care of, which is why I came back for a second stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
