Good value for money
Pros:

Good value for money. The staffs were really nice. My hotel room was so clean. The location and area was perfect.

Cons:

The shower door was difficult to open, so i had a hard time getting into the shower. And the handheld shower head was missing, it was difficult to take a shower without getting my hair wet.

I wouldnt stay there again
Pros:

Nothing - the hotel was a terrible experience.

Cons:

It was really bad - room was very cramped, window wouldnt open and the AC was broken, there were exposed live electric wires in the room. There were marks on the wall where chunks were peeling off and there was water damage marks on the wall as well. One day I returned to the room door being left unlocked by, presumable, the cleaner.

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, the facilities and bathroom were good. The hotel staff were very helpful and the location was convenient for us with buses to Liverpool St station every few minutes.

Overall just for a couple of nights for visit London for the price you pay not bad at all.
Pros:

Very nice location was, easy to find nearby many coffees shops also nearby Sainsbury's and the tube station 5/10 Min by walk and 15 Min by the coach station to get to the airport.
I loved that the reception was working 24/7 so if you needed anything they were always there to help.

Cons:

Our room was meant for 6 people but to be fair we have to squeeze quite a lot.
Toilet was very tidy and clean but I think the ventilation system was kinda dusty the one on the top of the toilet.
Also since our room was in a basement was kinda sad we did not have a window.

Excellent value for a functional hotel close to the City
Pros:

This is a basic but entirely functional hotel that offers good value for money in a location that is very convenient for the City of London. The air-conditioned bedroom and en-suite bathroom were spotlessly clean and, although quite small, perfectly comfortable, particularly once I’d asked for a softer pillow from the very obliging staff. I slept well. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes’ walk from Bethnal Green tube, which takes you to Liverpool Street station in one stop on the Central Line and Bank in two. This was my second stay - it was nice to be recognised by the reception staff - and I shall stay again.

Cons:

Roman Road can be quite noisy, particularly with an open window, but with the window closed and a/c on, it was ok. The TV is not amazing, with slightly iffy reception, but as long as you like old Arnie films on Legend you’ll be fine.
