Pros:

La situation de l hôtel est top et très proche du centre commercial SKP

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est très ordinaire et manque de diversité
Jus d orange frais toujours manquant le matin, pain au chocolat sans chocolat, voici quelques exemples
Pas normal pour un 5 étoiles affiché sur booking

The rooms are very clean, cleaned every day.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The staff liked it very much. The location of the hotel was good, very close to the metro station.

Great place
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The gym and the swimming pool are real ones, and the staff is great. There is a sauna and a turkish bath too. The staff is pretty helpful but they don't speak great english

Cons:

The internet: to connect you have to use wechat or a phone number. Unbelievable.

Parlano poco inglese, alle 22,00 il ristorante era chiuso anche se era scritto 23,00.

Breakfast with a big choice of different dishes.

Cons:

I had a little smell of cigarette smoke in my toilet (but only in toilet)....the room itself had no smell and was very good.

Ottimo hotel per un viaggio di lavoro!
Pros:

Ottimo hotel, camere spaziose e luminose, colazione molto varia sia locale che continentale.
Lo staff non parla inglese ma è molto gentile e disponibile. La mia camera odorava in maniera molto forte di fumo e me l'hanno cambiata la sera stessa. Inoltre ho dovuto lasciare prima la città e mi hanno fatto pagare solo le notti effettive.
Ottime e pulite anche piscina, sala aerobica e palestra.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The air conditioner doesn’t work properly this time and the room was very hot. We have to leave the window open all the time during our stay and it still felt a bit hot.
