Pros:

Une petite oasis dans un quartier animé et doté de nombreux restaurants et cafés.
Bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée alors que nous sommes arrivés après l'heure de check-in possible et après que nous ayons confirmé cet horaire en répondant à un mail de l'hôtel.
Il manque des prises facilement accessibles pour recharger son téléphone dans la chambre, ainsi qu'un tapis de bain dans la salle de bain. Malgré une promesse nous n'avons jamais obtenu de numéro WhatsApp pour pouvoir communiquer avec la réception (c'est le seul moyen pour communiquer sans se déplacer).
Le rapport qualité/prix est donc peu favorable.

Pros:

Ubicacion, cordialidad, desayuno. Todo perfecto!

Cons:

No tengo criticas honestamente, si hubiera algun punto de mejora queda completamente eclipsado por los puntos altos del alojamiento.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and hospitality at BE Jardin Escondido.
Pros:

A beautiful property. Loved the style and aesthetics. The bed was amazing, had a good sleep. The room was comfortable and the shower was good. Very good location on Goritti in Palermo. We could walk to all the places we wanted to get to

We’re coming back!
Pros:

This is a great property and great location. The bedrooms are great. And the staff are so helpful and kind. Truly this is a wonderful vacation stay and almost a destination in itself.

Cons:

Please don’t use too much American and British pop music around the hotel. Chile has some wonderful musicians and some great sounds of its own. You are an international hotel with international standards that set the pace for everyone else. You don’t need to use their music. Use local music, local musicians and local sounds. Let’s hear it for Chile. That’s what your great hotel is as a brand. It’s an ambassador for Chile in hotel standards. Truly we lived every second staying with you.

Beautiful hotel in a great location with unbelievably friendly staff
Pros:

The property itself is very nice but you would expect that from the price. The staff however were exceptional. Every member of staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we could not have asked for more.
