Apenas gostaria de sugerir que quando for concedido um late check out ao cliente que seja inserido imediatamente no sistema esta condição, pois , após ter sido concedido à noite, o funcionário da manhã informou que não seria possível e teria de cobrar adicional. Se nós não tivessemos lembrado, por acaso, teríamos uma situação constrangedora no nosso retorno ao hotel.
