Pros:

O que eu mais gostei foi da localização. O hotel fica a poucos metros da orla e próximo a diversos restaurantes, lojinhas de souvenirs, cafeterias e etc. Então dá para fazer muita coisa a pé.
Também gostei muito do café da manhã: é bem servido, com alimentos de qualidade e boas opções. O atendimento dos funcionários também merece destaque, pois todos foram muito atenciosos e prestativos.

Cons:

Achei excessivo o valor cobrado pela perda da pulseira magnética de acesso ao quarto. No check-in, precisamos assinar um termo informando que cada pulseira teria um custo de reposição de R$ 100. Infelizmente, perdi a minha logo no primeiro dia e precisei pagar esse valor. Entendo a necessidade de cobrar uma taxa pela reposição, mas considero R$ 100 um valor muito alto para uma pulseira magnética.
Outro ponto que poderia ser melhorado é a questão dos elevadores. Quando o hotel está cheio, fica muito difícil utilizá-los, pois são apenas dois elevadores com capacidade máxima para quatro pessoas cada. Em algumas ocasiões, mesmo estando no quinto andar, preferi descer pelas escadas para evitar a espera.
