Disappointed with breakfast
Pros:

The reception had a small problem with my booking that had originally been cancelled. Took a while to work out but they could have made it a lot quicker and performed better customer service. The breakfast was really average compared to a much cheaper hotel called Hotel Arcadia. This was disappointing. Couldn’t get Uber as too far out from the city.

Nice place - recommended!
Pros:

Great stay, staff were hit and miss, especially the restaurant staff but bar staff and reception were very friendly. Great facilities, good location, Arcadia is recommended for drinks. Pool was very nice, drinks were very well priced - overall recommended!

Great property for summer.
Pros:

This is a great hotel for summer vacations, indoor and outdoor pools, great spa. Black Sea beach just a short walk. However, would not recommend for late fall or winter visits, unless you intend on driving everywhere you want to visit. The hotel is located in a residential area with walled security areas and not much around near by in walking distance.

A Completely Pleasant Surprise
Pros:

My wife and I felt fully cared for the entire time we were there. The staff was great and the hotel and facilities were spotless. We will definitely go back and bring our kids.
