교토 진짜 2분거리 뛰면 1분컷 가능,, 방이 너무 좁지 않아서 좋았음

딱히 없음, 꼽자면 건물 아래 공사중이라 아침에 공사소리가 좀 나는것 아침에 늦게 일어나는 편 + 예민 콤보면 주의

Wonderful hotel with wonderful stars. Would stay again.

Great hotel. I would highly recommend.
Pros:

The hotel is convenient next to the train station, where you can find eateries and shops, and located on a quiet street, which is nice. The room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. We came early in Kyoto and the staff who helped us with storing our luggage was very kind to bring the luggage to our room even before we check in.
When we walked in or out the lobby, the staff always greeted us.
Everything about the hotel is great. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cons:

This is the only thing that bothered me.
The staff, male not a Japanese, who helped us checking in, had completely ignored me as soon he found out my cousin, who lives in Tokyo, can speak Japanese. He only talked, focused towards her and didn’t try to explain things or even look at me again. I was the one who booked and paid for the room. He also asked her to fill the form and write her address. My cousin got confused, but he said it’s okay or something. It would be nice if the staff looked at me or to hear, ‘have a nice stay’, after we finished checking in. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that too.

Pros:

Location is fantastic and the room is very comfortable.

Cons:

This is not really on the hotel, but on google: getting there can be difficult if you exit the train station the wrong way. Google took us the wrong way the first time, but once we figured it out, it is extremely easy.

An OUTSTANDING hotel that you will love!
Pros:

Wow - this is the second time I have stayed at the Kyoto Century Hotel. The rooms are delightful and spacious. The bed is absolutely outstanding - not to mention humongous! The hotel itself is located a couple of minutes away from Kyoto station, meaning public transport is easily accessible. There is a lovely temple close by too.

The staff are beyond helpful and so welcoming to all guests. They went above and beyond and answered all of our questions about sending our luggage on to another city.

We will definitely stay again.
