Pros:

施設は清潔感があり、スタッフの方々の対応も丁寧でした。吹き抜けの構造で天井が高く、施設が広く感じられます。朝食はメニューが豊富で楽しかったです。

Veľmi chutné jedlá, bohatý výber. Príjemná atmosféra, po príchode na recepciu akoby ste sa ocitli v úplne inom svete. Úschova batožiny po odhlásení sa je úplnou samozrejmosťou. Príjemný a ochotný personál. Veľmi strategicky situovaný, hneď pri stanici vlaku a metra, autobusu. Centrum mesta je dosiahnuteľný aj pešo.

Gret location and staff. Very clean. Rooms a little small.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Right near Kyoto Station. Good proximity to shopping, temples etc. The staff were freindly and attentive. They even took my broked luggage for disposal. The place was really clean and fancy. Dinner was good.

A very nice stay with a couple flaws.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is second to none, close to the Kyoto Train Station.

Cons:

No YouTube app on TV. No suitable electric outlet adapter for US plugs. Can't charge my notebook for 2 days.
