The breakfast is wonderful. So much choice! We were lucky and had a view out of the Kyoto tower. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We shipped our bags to Tokyo on our last day and it was such a smooth process. Brilliant location next to Kyoto main station.

Hotel naast het station, prima voor bezoek aan Kyoto.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt naast station Kyoto, ideaal wanneer je met de Shinkansen reist. De kamer was op zich goed, maar ongelofelijk onhandig ingedeeld waardoor we onze koffers in de weg bleven liggen. De donkere inrichting was netjes, maar niet onze smaak. Wel handige uitvalsbasis voor Kyoto en de doorreis. Tip: huur een fiets! Trapondersteuning is wel handig, want aan de rand van Kyoto liggen een aantal wegen met vals plat en meer dan dat.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is een uitgebreid buffet. Héél uitgebreid tot en met een ijsbuffet aan toe. Wij zijn vegetariërs en dan valt de hoeveelheid vlees in tegenstelling tot salade en/of fruit wel op. Het is allemaal wel van goede kwaliteit.

Other than the breakfast being a bit of a disappointment. Everything else was exceptional.
