Pros:

京都駅のすぐそばの立地で、雨が降っていましたが、傘は少しだけさせば到着出来ます。思いがけず、お部屋のアップグレードしていただき、大変快適に過ごさせていただきまして、大満足です。どのスタッフの方も大変感じが良く、気配りが行き届いていると感じました。また是非、利用したいと思います。

80代の母は、お風呂の栓の仕方や、ドライヤーの電源を見つけるのに手間取ったそうです。

Pros:

Loved hotel altogether, breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from, attentive staff, loved tea cups and kettle in the room, our stay was great and would recommend highly.

Pros:

Everything was great, the location to Kyoto station is easy being right at the station, and our room was exceptionally quiet and very comfortable.
The hotel is clean, calm, welcoming and so convenient. It was our second stay and we will definitely stay again next holiday.
Friendly and helpful staff always.

Pros:

京都駅からすぐの場所にあり、動くのにとにかく便利でした。
スタッフの方々みんな親切丁寧で、とても気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。
ホテルは隅々まで清潔感があり、部屋も落ち着いた内装でとても良かったです。

Cons:

部屋に入った瞬間、前に泊まった方の香水？か何かの香りを感じました。
今はどこへ行っても海外の色々な方も多く泊まられらので仕方がないのですが、香りは難しいです。

Cons:

The property, it was perfect! My only complaint would be not knowing about the additional tax fee that wasn’t included when I booked and had to pay when I checked in.

Lovel hotel steps from Kyoto Station
Pros:

Nice, quiet hotel just steps from the main entrance of Kyoto Station. Clean, elegant room. Hotel has a very upscale feel, but is very affordable. We only stayed two nights, but we would stay here again. Staff was great. There's a full-time restaurant in the hotel with breakfast, lunch and dinner servings (Extra cost). Check in is at 3 p.m. They'll store your luggage but we had to wait until 3 p.m. on the dot to check in. Even though it's mere steps from Kyoto Station, hotel was very quiet and peaceful.
