The staff were awesome! Zu gave us all the details of the hotel upon checking in and recommendations for nearby restaurants. The staff were extremely prompt to accommodate any requirements. The hotel was very clean and smoke free. I've stayed at 3 other hotels in NY and this by far offers the best customer service. This will be our go to place to stay in the future.

The manager Carlos was very unprofessional. I believe he was racist towards me and my family. He tried to get us removed from the hotel after I had spent over $30,000 in staying there. He lied about the general manager and posing as a general manager and then he would say it was him on the phone it was a whole thing. He didn't know what he was doing...

Everything was great. Clean and some of the staff were great as well.
The only thing that I did not like is that the parking is advertised but only have limited and I had to park on the street and I had to walk with my newborn.

The staff is very welcoming and if you need anything they are there quickly. We didnt have to worry about what we were having for breakfast everyday because the hotel provides that everyday. Unlimited coffee and water all day was also a huge bonus. We enjoyed our time here alot and would recommend it! If I need another hotel in NYC, this is where I will be staying.
I wish the drinking water was not in the gym since it locks at night, I wish it was in the cafeteria area. & also the walls/door are a bit thin.
