I love this hotel recommendations ☺️💛 💯
Pros:

Everything.room perfect size for my family . Room was like a studio my kids love it. Very clean coffee 24 hours a day so 😋😋. Gym nice, staff really nice specially Jessica in the bronx,ny location. Good location everything you need in the area. Train,mta buses, NFL don,pizza,Taco Bell, so muchore. Supermarket, grocery stores, park for the kid 2 blocks always,clothing stores, discount stores, hospital in the area. P

Cons:

The availability of parking I had to stay up so that I could put money on meter since I had to park in street, was traveling with twins 3 and a new born carrying stuff crossing the street while holding on to kidos a bit challenging.
Did not see a luggage cart it would have helped also.

Pros:

I liked the location of the location of the hotel, (transporting restaurants, and grocery stores in close proximity). The hotel appeal, charm, and history. I liked them. Parking availability.

Cons:

The light fixture was dis-attached from the ceiling.
The lamp on the desk did not work.
The iron was leaky and the rotary button was loose, to the point that the second guest in the room burned herself.
The bathroom sink is small; in that simple water pressure had water splatter all over the sink and my personal items.
The tub doesn’t have any type of slip proof strips. Twice when I took a shower I slipped, but was able to grab hold of the shower bar.

Great option for easy transportation
Pros:

The staff were great, it's right next to the subway to Manhattan & bus stops to get to the Bronx Zoo & NY Botanical Garden, check in/out was easy & we were able to leave a bag, everything was clean, good Mexican & Indian food nearby.

Cons:

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable & the pillows were terrible. The neighborhood is kind of dirty, which is obviously not the hotel's fault but could be off putting to some.

Pros:

The staff were awesome! Zu gave us all the details of the hotel upon checking in and recommendations for nearby restaurants. The staff were extremely prompt to accommodate any requirements. The hotel was very clean and smoke free. I've stayed at 3 other hotels in NY and this by far offers the best customer service. This will be our go to place to stay in the future.
