Gostei do hotel, confortável. Voltarei e me hospedarei lá.
Pros:

O hotel tem um staff cuidadoso amável e comprometido.
Preços do frigobar são caros.
Café da manhã bom. Piscina e entorno muito bons. Três elevadores muito bons. Tem cafezinho no hall (grátis). Ar condicionado do quarto ótimo. Camareiras excelentes. Fiquei no 8º andar.

Habitaciones un poco antiguas, el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y hay que dejar las llaves del vehìculo para que puedan salir otros autos

café da manhã atende as expectativas, as garçonetes atendem muito bem
o atendimento no bar da piscina prestado pelo sr. Rodrigo Fitz é expecional.

Elevador mal conservado; banheiro antigo (ainda possuem bidê), estacionamento com pedra brita; custo-benefício do jantar servido está ok. Csto das bebidas é de hotel de alto padrão (água, 9 reais; refri; 12 reais e por aí vai)
atendimento do restaurante muito ruim. hotel nào possui uma taça sequer para vinhos.
a porção de frango servida na área da piscina estava mal feita (quase crua).

El baño de la habitacion 222, me parece un desastre la presentacion , creo que si los baños de las demas habitaciones estan asi, los deben modernizar y dar una mejor presentacion ya que las instalaciones del hotel son Buenas
