Estadia muito tranquila e satisfatória.
Pros:

Atendimento ótimo. Localização muito boa. Quartos limpos e bem organizados, com móveis novos. Banheiros amplos e limpos. Camas muito confortáveis. Estacionamento murado, em frente ao Hotel. Café da manhã muito farto. Ótimo custo benefício. Excelente opção para quem viaja a Foz.

Pros:

O quarto é muito bom em tamanho, cama confortável, café da manhã excelente. Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos quando solicitados.

Cons:

Localização boa, quarto ok. Atendimento a melhorar (sem reembolso).
Pros:

A localização e o estacionamento gratuito são comodidades que ajudam. Wi-fi também ajuda. No mais, OK.

Cons:

Precisei encerrar a estadia antes do previsto. Quando solicitado isenção do pagamento da ultima diária (reembolso), o hotel disse que não poderiam fazer, pois tratava-se de uma reserva pelo Booking, e que eu deveria entrar em contato com o mesmo. Entrei em contato com o Booking, que imediatamente entrou em contato com o Hotel, que novamente se recusou a fazer o reembolso. Viajo bastante, nunca tive esse problema. E olha que o hotel tem alta rotatividade, então não justificaria não realizar.
