Rezervasyon yaparken çift kişilik yatak isteğimi belirtmiştim ve hatta konaklama günü sabah otel tekrar çift kişilk yatak mı yoksa iki tek kişilik yatak mı istediğimi mesaj yoluyla sormuş ve çift kişilik yatak istediğmi tekrar söylemiştim. Buna rağmen akşam otele gittiğimizde iki tane tek kişilik yatak hazırlanmıştı ve düzeltmeleri için bekledik. Düzeltme de şöyle; iki yatağı birleştirmişler, hiç konforlu olmadı tabi doğal olarak.
Kahvaltı fena olmayabilirdi fakat 8.30-10.30 arası olmasına rağmen 9.30da indiğimiz gün hamurişi olarak hiçbir şey kalmamıştı. Yenilenir diye bekledim fakat yenilenmeyince resepsiyona bildirdim. Bunun üzerine göstermelik 3-5 yumurtalı ekmek getirdiler mutfaktan, kalan ürünler kahvaltımızı tamamlayıp karnımızı doyurduktan çok sonra 10.30 a doğru lütfeder gibi geldi. Yani 8.30 da inmediğiniz sürece düzgün bir kahvaltı beklemeyin.
Ayrıca bir sabah eşimin bilgisayardan 5 dk.lık çok önemli bir iş halletmesi gerekiyordu ve resepsiyondan rica ettik fakat yardımcı olunmadı. Kaşta internet kafe aradık bulamadık vs. Avrupada dahi herhangi bir otelde her türlü isteğimize bir şekilde karşılık alırken Türkiye gibi hizmet sektörünün zirvede olduğu bir ülkede nasıl bir otel, misafirine bu kadar basit bir şey için nasıl yardımcı olmaz inanılır gibi değil.
Kısaca asla tavsiye etmiyorum, benzer konumda çok daha iyi bir çok f/p otel var. 12 yıldır her sene Kaşa gelirim, kaldığım en kötü yerdi

Tra i servizi indicati dalla struttura era riportata la possibilità di usufruire della navetta aeroportuale. Avevamo intenzione di utilizzarla dall’aeroporto di Antalya all’hotel, ma solo dopo diversi solleciti ci è stato fornito il contatto di un taxi privato, con un costo di 100 € per una sola tratta.

Il personale ci è sembrato poco disponibile e poco cordiale. Anche la colazione è stata deludente: è quasi esclusivamente salata e, come unica proposta dolce, viene servito sempre e solo un ciambellone. Dopo tre giorni ho chiesto se fosse possibile avere un cornetto o un’alternativa dolce, ma mi è stato risposto di no. Inoltre, una mattina sono scesa a fare colazione alle 10:00, nonostante il servizio fosse previsto fino alle 10:30, e il ciambellone non c’era e, quando ho chiesto se fosse possibile averne un pezzo, mi è stato risposto che era finito!

Il servizio di pulizia della camera veniva effettuato solo su richiesta. Quando la domenica abbiamo chiesto che venisse pulita, ci è stato risposto che, a causa dei numerosi check-out, avrebbero rimandato al giorno successivo.

Viaggio spesso e non mi era mai capitato di ricevere un trattamento di questo tipo. Sono rimasta davvero delusa.

El baño era muy chico. Y al tener media mampara cada vez q me bañé tuve que poner toallas en el piso para q no se saliera el agua. La habitación en sí no tenía espacio para circular. El ante baño pegado a la cama.
Me tocó habitación que daba a la calle por lo que el ruido se filtraba.. sobre todo de noche.
El desayuno era bien turco, o sea que para alguien extranjero como yo no había opciones casi nada de dulce y fruta solo sandía.
Nunca limpiaron me habitación. Tampoco me dijeron en la recepción que yo tenía que pedirlo.
Los botones de las luces poco funcionales y algunos ni andaban

The room was so small and getting to the toilet you have to go through the shower. At night it was so loud with noise we couldn’t sleep. The manager was so rude.

I rarely leave hotel reviews, but this was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. I booked three nights but left after just one because it was simply impossible to stay any longer.

The first problem was the noise. Loud music continued until around 2:00 am. The walls are extremely thin, so I could hear every word of the songs playing outside. Later that night, other guests were slamming doors and banging on a neighboring room. The noise was so loud that it woke up my daughter.
At around 5:00 am, the call to prayer from the nearby mosque began. By 6:00 am, the sun was shining directly into our room.

Unfortunately, we were given an attic room with a skylight. There was no way to block the morning light, so sleeping after sunrise was impossible. Ironically, during the day the room felt incredibly dark because it had no regular windows. The only lighting came from a couple of lamps above the bed that shone directly into your eyes. The photos on Booking looked nothing like the actual room. It felt empty, dark, and poorly designed. I believe rooms without regular windows should be clearly described in the listing, so guests know exactly what they are booking and can make an informed decision instead of being surprised upon arrival.

The air conditioner was another major problem. It hardly worked and sounded like it had never been cleaned.

Part of this was my own mistake. I booked the hotel at the very last minute, just before arriving in Kaş, when there were probably very few options left. I also thought staying in the center would be the most convenient choice because taxi services are very limited in Kaş and ride-hailing apps don’t really work here. Unfortunately, apart from being within walking distance of cafés and restaurants, I didn’t find any other advantage to staying in this location. Otherwise, it was noisy and uncomfortable.

The hotel has no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the third floor yourself.

Parking is not next to the hotel, but about a 3 minute walk from it. But after getting used to that it is actually very do able.
