Excelente vacaciones

Very nice hotel , clean , very close to 5th ave , friendly staff

Me encanto la ubicación donde se encuentra, a una cuadra la playa y a la otra la 5ta Av.

Me gustó mucho en el área que se encuentra el hotel

Bien instalaciones y limpieza. Ubicación excelente pero ruido horrible en las noches: música en vivo junto al hotel a muy alto volúmen. No se puede dormir

Es un hotel discreto, con ambiente de naturaleza, sin embargo advierto falta coordinación con la administración pues hay detalles que atender y no se encuentran fácilmente y luego no pueden resolver como el aire acondicionado tan elemental, llaves, entre otros.

Jeder der ein einfaches aber sauberes und nettes Hotel sucht ist hier richtig.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und einfach eingerichtet.

Die Lage des Hotels einfach super zentral

Für Familien nicht geeignet da man von den Bars die Musik hört. Hat mich persönlich nicht gestört da ab ca 1 Uhr Ruhe herrscht, und ich sowie so erst später im Hotel war.

Immer wieder gerne komme ich wieder.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, es limpio y su personal es muy atento, me gustó mucho su balcón hacia la quinta avenida y la facilidad para encontrar todo tipo de servicios muy cerca.

Reserve 3 noches en el hotel, no hay nadie para hacer check in . Hicieron limpieza completa de la habitación desde la primer noche. Perdi ropa cepillos de dientes y cosas personales
El baño daba a la cocina. No recomendable

Muy agradable todo el staff las habitaciones limpias, traten de obtener habitación en 2 piso, el 1 es bastante obscuro pero aún así está bien

First and foremost they are advertising free parking, well when you get there the reception is a block away from the actual rooms, after checking in I asked where the “free parking was” and the receptionist said “there is no free”, “ you have to pay your own parking or drive around until you find one”. I then continued saying that it was advertised as free parking and he ignored me and I even showed him the hotel advertisement and amenities and he just ignored me, after I said “ its illegal and its fake advertisement”, he only said: I dont know why the website said that, ill tell my manager tomorrow”. There was no attempt to make it right, after all i selected this hotel based on that, if you are renting a car you wanna make sure its safe and a crash or event doesn’t ruin your vacation”. I had to pay private parking whis cost me 250 pesos, If I had known that I wouldve looked for another hotel to be honest. I walked into the room and the ceiling fan wasnt working but at least the AC was. Overall the room was clean and comfortable, this is the first bad rating I ever give on expedia.

Muy buena opción muy céntrico las habitaciones muy cómodas muchos lugares para visitar cerca sin duda volvería el personal es agradable y te ayudan en lo que necesites

Check in is not on the property, but is a block away. No one mentioned this to me before I arrived at 10pm. Both sites were full and I was given a room in a 3rd site 5 blocks away. The front desk clerk did have someone go with me to find the "deluxe" room.
Staff is not friendly and do not seem concerned about customer satisfaction.
The noise in City "Garden" is deafening at night...the performers might as well as have been right in our room.
DO NOT STAY HERE! EVER!

Lo rescatable de este hotel es lo centrico, y solo es para descansar y bañarse. No para estar todo el dia.

Nothing fancy, but perfectly pleasant with good location.

If you want to dance and party all night this is the best place for you. You are walking distance to 5th Avenue activities. If you want sleep, don’t stay here. There’s all types of music playing all night long.

Inte så hög standard men mycket trevlig personal. Mycket centralt. Vill ni ha lugn är det helt fel ställe, minst två konserter i kvarteret varje kväll till halv två. Vill ni ha omedelbar närhet till quinta avenida är ni rätt.

No hay camas extra disponibles, la gente de staff no resuelve problemas, no se le da tratamiento a la alberca, las camas son viejas.
