Localização, funcionários educados, limpeza.
Não usei, mas a área da piscina é bem legal, tem um bar onde você pode pedir porções, refeição, etc.

Cons:

Café da manhã bom, mas todos os dias praticamente a mesma coisa. Poderia variar um pouco.
A TV do quarto não pegava quase nenhum canal.
Wi-Fi falhava várias vezes
Dá pra ouvir tudo do hóspede do quarto ao lado.

Atendimento das meninas do bar. Comida saborosa e com muito capricho. Super atenciosas.
Limpeza do quarto estava excelente.
Um camareiro em especial foi super atencioso com minha família. Retornaria mais vezes.

Cons:

O atendimento da recepção é bem ruim. Parece que estão trabalhando de graça.
O café da manhã é gostoso. Mas tem pouca opção. Então é um pouco enjoativo.

Pros:

O quarto atendeu muito bem o que estávamos buscando!
Banheiro excelente e cama boa pra dormir!
A localização pra quem busca ficar proximo do centro é ok.
O café da manhã acho que pode melhorar, mas no geral compensa muito o custo benefício.
Tem estacionamento rotativo, pelo o que eu vi, deve caber aproximadamente 7 a 8 carros, mas na rua ao lado da pra parar também caso não tenha vaga.

Cons:

Único ponto que pode melhorar é o café da manhã, talvez investir em produtos de maior qualidade.

Pros:

O hotel é aconchegante muito limpo, os funcionários passam uma energia muito leve e tranquila, e pra mim isso é muito importante.

Cons:

So não gostei do horario de entrada as 15:00 rsrs mais compreendo!

Quarto confortável, camas confortáveis, recepção atenciosa com cartinha e balinhas. Café da manhã muito bom, saboroso, Igual as fofos, super indico.

Cons:

A área kid não tem cobertura, choveu molhou tudo, ficamos sem lugar o destrair nossa bb.
