Pros:

A única coisa que gostei foi da localização e o café da manhã.

Cons:

Banheiro estava sujo, fedendo a mijo,papel no cesto, sabonete usado, com cabelo no chão, o travesseiro com mofo e o quarto não estava com cheiro ruim.

Ficamos apenas uma noite e a prioridade era mesmo a localização.

Cons:

Infelizmente depende muito do quarto que te acomodam, ficamos num corredor que era fácil ouvir o barulho de qualquer pessoa que passasse pelo corredor, em qualquer horário.
Outro ponto também é que infelizmente não tinha nem água no frigobar, acho que vale deixar esse aviso principalmente para hóspedes que chegam tarde, em horários não convencionais

Pros:

Localização, café da manhã, limpeza dos apartamentos, etc… quem quer qualidade aliado ao melhor custo benefício o Ayla é perfeito. Ficamos no 507. Recomendo demais, valeu a experiência.
