Cons:

Nossa habitação estava em condição para uso. Faltava o piso do quarto o chuveiro estáva todo enferrujado o espelho oxidado. As fotos Nao estao de acordó com a realidade .Nao recomendó esse lugar a ninguem.Poderiam ter sido más honestos carísimo para o que oferecem.Uma de nossas camas nem se quer tinham lençol .

Pros:

Hôtel familial proche de l’aéroport, pratique pour une nuit. La plage est à moins de 10 minutes.

Cons:

Très grand hôtel impersonnel, mobilier minimaliste et peu chaleureux. La literie était moyenne. Le petit déjeuner était décevant. Nous ne recommandons pas non plus le restaurant de l’hôtel, même s’il y a globalement assez peu d’endroits sympas dans les environs. À part pour prendre un avion, nous ne reviendrons pas à Porto Seguro de manière générale.

Atendimento atencioso e acolhedor
Pros:

Funcionários muito prestativos, atenciosos e cuidadosos. Sou intolerante à lactose, e a funcionária Jô percebeu a situação prontamente, me orientando sobre as opções disponíveis, inclusive o bolo de aveia sem lactose que ela mesma fez. Ela também se prontificou a preparar alternativas sem manteiga e sem lactose. Fiquei muito satisfeito com o atendimento e com toda a atenção aos detalhes. Parabéns à equipe, especialmente à Jô!

Cons:

Seria interessante disponibilizar um ferro de passar roupas para os hóspedes. Apesar disso, não interferiu na experiência da hospedagem. Sempre há espaço para melhorar!
