Great location. Comfortable. Good food. Great vibe Lots to do
The staff were disorganized and lacked basic knowledge of the place or customer service.
From the moment we arrived, we were treated with respect & kindness. The hotel is in a lovely location with a stunning view from the back covered patio & deck. Our room was comfortable and clean. We had a nice view of the grounds, ocean & pool area. The breakfast buffet was simple, but fine for our taste. Chefs were preparing made to order omelets which is what we ordered, along with avocado toast, fresh fruit, & pastry.

The Pridwin is a beautiful property with a stunning view and old New England, Americana historic vibe. It is a quintessential experience if you want to have quiet yet convenience to both the north and south forks. The ferry is quick and the island is beautiful and quiet if you go during off season. Lovely long weekend trip for me and my husband. Highly recommend.
Excellent breakfast, beautiful location, room was very nice but too close to staff quarters..
Better cleanliness. The Nooks coffee table was not cleaned for 4 nights.
Shelter Island is definitely a gem
Best resort in the Hamptons / Long Island area! My family and I loved this resort before and after renovations- which are incredible. The staff is outstandingly well trained and so kind. We come to Shelter Island / North Fork annually so we love that The Pridwin has been renewed.

Almost everything! Food, amenities, location, decor, bbq, all amazing.
The walls are thin, the valet isn’t always available, the pillows are awful, not enough people making eggs at the breakfast.
Great location, amenities and overall a place worth to stay at.
We found a big cut nail close to our bed and we were overcharged. We contacted the staff at the property and they told us that they refunded the amount, but the money never came.
The Wednesday barbecue was so much fun!
