The location was perfect, right beside the Cathedral. The spa was clean and lovely, a much needed break from the Camino. But beware that you have to pay extra to use it.

Cons:

The staff were rather unpleasant. A simple smile would go a long way when welcoming a guest, but that did not happen.

Great Hotel in an Incredible Location
Pros:

The location was incredible, views of the Cathedral from our balcony. The hotel was great in everything. The Spa being an extra bonus. Brilliant. Loved it!

Mucho calor en las habitaciones, no conseguí poner el aire y al tener abierto el balcón , cuando pusieron la terraza los trabajadores me despertaron por el ruido de arrastre de mesas y sillas.

Pros:

Un hotel modesto con una estupenda relación calidad precio. La ubicación es inmejorable, el hotel es cómodo y limpio y el personal un encanto. El desayuno no es tipo buffet pero es muy completo.

La cercanía con el centro, vistas a la catedral. Amplitud de la habitación y el desayuno, increíblemente bueno y abundante. La recepcionista muy atenta y agradable
