Gorgeous stay
Pros:

Very quiet and relaxing place. Very beautiful design, amazingly maintained property, lots of greenery. Every corner is a piece of art. You feel yourself like in a movie. Out of all hotels I have been it’s one of the most beautiful. Delicious afternoon tea (not sure why they don’t include all types of coffee like cappuccino; you need to pay extra). Friendly receptionists. The room was exceptionally spacious (I believe I was upgraded). There are three beautiful pools; one of them operates 24/7, although unfortunately it was closed due to rain during my stay.

Cons:

Breakfast took quite a long time to arrive. The wait was noticeably long and at times it felt like the restaurant staff was a bit lost.

In terms of taste, the food was average (I wish it can be improved), although there was a good variety of healthy options available.

The room was very dark, which at times felt a little uncomfortable.

К сожалению, данный отель не 5 звезд:
- были постоянные проблемы с водой
- персонал все наши просьбы и бронирования забывал
- очень медленно реагировали на проблемы
- не очень чистые номера

Exceptional Care and Dedication

Honestly, I almost don’t want to write a review about this place — simply because this hotel is one of the most beautiful and comfortable hotels in Bali. We would honestly prefer to keep this place to ourselves. :p

The rooms are spacious, the food is excellent, and the staff is highly professional and dedicated. It’s great to see how the team is continuously working on improvements.

We would like to thank Team Balquisse Heritage for the wonderful experience. We ended up here because another booking went completely wrong, but this hotel made up for everything. The extra care and the multiple daily room services truly took all worries off our shoulders and gave us a deeply relaxed feeling.

Thank you again, hope to see you again soon.

Exceptional luxury property, an absolute dream !
Pros:

Exceptional vintage luxury property, this was our favorite place in Bali.
A peaceful oasis just off the main road, and only a few minutes from the beach.
Absolutely stunning design and attention to detail, it was like living in a movie or in AD.
Very large rooms, with balconies or patios, huge bathrooms.
Plenty of privacy, but also opportunities to share travel tips with other guests.
3 beautiful pools in fabulous gardens. How to resolve the conflict of lingering in this paradise, or exploring the island ?!
A nice problem to have.
Only wished we could have stayed longer.

A Special Retreat
Pros:

I loved everything about this property and can't believe I'd not heard of it. The grounds are lovely, the rooms comfort and unique, coupled with amazing staff and beautiful afternoon tea and breakfast options. The vintage cars that they take you to the beach in and not to mention the option of a free yoga class each day. Their restaurant a very short walk from the hotel was well worth a visit. Food and decor were great. I would definitely return.

it's truly an amazing experience overall, which cannot be expressed in words, but need to be felt. It's the food, the property, the people, the whole package overall. A property that only shares "love', an amazing energy flow.

Cons:

The only part that was disappointing, if any, that there was a photo shoot in the morning during the yoga class, which disrupted the positive vibe, there were no evening events hosted as there was a low occupancy and there was some unannounced maintenance work. But even with that, it was still a 10 out of 10!

Det var et utroligt smukt hotel. Det var tænkt over hver en lille ting i deres design, personalet var utrolig venlige, maden smagte virkelig godt og jeg sov som en drøm i deres senge. Vi fik en køretur til stranden i deres vintage bil. Alt var godt og hvis jeg kommer til Bali igen skal jeg helt sikkert bo der😊
