Quero agradecer ao sr Altemir que fez o possível e impossível para resolver os horrores. Os funcionários da recepção maravilhosos. Os demais despreparados mal educados irônicos no café com pressa de esvaziar a mesa um horror. E o pior estou tendo prejuízo de quase $2.000,00 para amanhã descupinizar mala, sapatos roupas e minha casa pois o quarto 111 está com a porta do banheiro tomada de cupins. A cortina velha suja e obras sem parar. E não sei mas a frequência sem comentários. Com tristeza saio da Rede Soberano mas não dá. E já tinha deixado sem saber carta ao sr Vinicius sobre as portas do corredor onde está o 111 sem desconfiar do q tinha. Fechem por uns dias e descupinizem o hotel.

Tarifa nao condiz com as condições do hotel. Acharam de bom tom realizar uma obra as 7h da manhã no dia 31 de dezembro. O café da manhã, estava tudo com cara de passado, apesar da variedade tudo estava diversamente ruim.
