Pros:

Vom Hoteleingang bis nach Venezia S.L. waren es unter 20 min. Am Bahnhof fahren alle paar Minuten Züge zur "Insel", Tickets kosten 1,5€ pro Person.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bad sehr chic mit großen sehr flauschigen Handtüchern.
Das war dann aber irgendwie auch schon alles, was zum 3-Sterne-Flaire passt.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer unter dem Dach, zu den Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants (bis 22 Uhr) "rauscht" die Lüftung/Abzugshaube daher die ganze Zeit vor dem Fenster. Die Zimmernachbarn konnte man tatsächlich so hören, als wäre man mit ihnen in einem Zimmer, sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt.
Die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber, der Boden lieblos einfach gegossen und mit Gebrauchsspuren.
Für die Dusche muss man Geduld mitbringen und etwas Glück haben, ansonsten kann man nur kochend heiß oder eiskalt duschen und das bei einem geringen Wasserstrahl.
Das Frühstück hat von allem etwas geboten, aber auch nur damit man sagen kann, es gab von allem etwas. Zugute halten muss man, dass das Angebot scheinbar täglich etwas variiert.

Low cost location for a Venice visit
Pros:

Location to bus for Venice was great. I liked the car park situation. Air conditioning worked very well. Room was clean and quiet despite being next to a very busy road.

Cons:

Breakfast was modest at best for a typical European breakfast. The amenities in the room were non existent. No soap dish in shower so you had to hold the soap the whole time. No safe.

Cons:

Nada, todo bien. Como único detalle, el elevador estaba muy caliente. No probé la comida en hotel así que no puedo opinar al respecto

Gut gelegenes kleines Hotel mit Parkmöglichkeiten
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig um mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr nach Venedig zu kommen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer, sogar mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend.
Wir haben abends im Restaurant gegessen. Das Essen war klasse. Es gibt einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz.

Cons:

Möchte ohne Wertung nur erwähnen, dass das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße liegt.
Das Duschbad ist in kleinen Tüten. Hier wäre ein Spender von Vorteil.

Pros:

Obiekt znajduję się w pobliżu przystanku autobusowego z którego komunikacja miejska kieruję się bezpośrednio na stare miasto. Hotel posiada ogrodzony, zamykany parking. Pokój czysty oraz przestronny. Obsługa hotelu była miła i pomocna.

Cons:

Śniadania były nieco ubogie.

Pros:

Posizione ottima per bus e treno per Venezia.
Colazione buona ma non eccessivamente varia.
Staff disponibilissimo. Ok parcheggio interno alla struttura.

Jest to zdecydowanie genialna baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie wenecji.Uważam że stosunek ceny do jakości jest bardzo zadawal

Świetna lokalizacja, 80m od przystanku z którego odjeżdżało kilka autobusów do wenecji.
W pokoju znajduje się klimatyzacja.
Darmowy parking na terenie obiektu, także bez stresu można zostawić auto.

Great location. Clean with a warn welcome. the check in guy was very informative and friendly. walking distance to mestre train station. Quite location. secure parking available. would book again.

Cons:

There was no shutter on the bathroom window. so, it was like a sauna! Tho we were there in mid July.
