Proper hotel maar klein bed en weinig daglicht in de kamer.
Pros:

Dicht bij metro en busstation. Vriendelijk personeel, proper hotel.

Cons:

Kamer op 4de verdieping, dakverdieping met enkel een klein dakvenster. Dit stond open want anders te warm op de kamer waardoor er veel lawaai was. Zeer smal en kort bed. Ruime badkamer, kamer eerder klein

Enjoyable and relaxing.
Pros:

Check in excellent. Bag carried up and later down stairs for me(I am mid 70's so much appreciated and unexpected)
Room immaculate and had everything required compact but great for 1 person 1 night.
location excellent for tube station and the tv studio white city.
Bed a little hard for me but regardless slept very well.
Met 3 staff members and all kind and friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Nothing could have been better. Convenient and very good value for money.

If I need to be in that zone again, I'll surely consider it again.
Pros:

Very friendly at the reception. Comfy rooms. Good and spacious Shower, perfect location at 50 meters from station Shephards Bush and a lots of "easy" restaurants. Good price for a 4 star in London.

Cons:

The stairs are typical English. Very steep and there is no elevator. If you have a problem with legs or feet, you might have a problem. Bed a little soft, but that's really personal.
