Pros:

Had a very pleasant stay at W12 Rooms. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, making it very comfortable after a long day out. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the train station, which made getting around London very convenient. The price is also very reasonable for what you get. What stood out the most was the staff—they were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Overall, a great value stay and I would definitely come back.

One night, very convenient and reasonably priced single room. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Property fine, noise from traffic most of the night but I’m not used to that! Oh lack of plug sockets! Had to unplug the fridge to put the kettle on and rotate charging phone, laptop and watch!

Pros:

Sono molto soddisfatta. La posizione è perfetta, proprio accanto alla metro ed alle fermate dei pullman.La camera molto pulita e il personale molto cordiale e gentile.

Cons:

Purtroppo c'è molto rumore in strada, ambulanze di continuo e macchine, secondo me dovreste cambiare gli infissi e insonorizzare meglio le camere perché purtroppo si fa fatica a dormire bene tutta la notte.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo de supermercado, metro, ônibus, restaurantes e shopping. Limpeza excelente, atendimento gentil e instalações confortáveis

As toalhas estavam limpas, porém muito manchadas. Não há cafe da manhã.

Would stay again !
Pros:

It was located very close to 2 shopping centres, a bus station and both an underground and overground train station. It’s easy to get around London. A very comfortable bed, very nice bathroom.

Cons:

There was no lift and the front door takes a while to close which seems a bit risky

Perfect in every way.
Pros:

W12 is right next to the underground station. What a plus! Room had everything needed for a comfortable no-frills stay of 7 days. Also, my adaptor broke while there and they loaned me one. Every day the room was cleaned, new tea bags and fresh linens put out. I was expecting little to nothing and got so much more! The kindest front desk staff and there 24/7.
