Thank god it was short
Pros:

Staff were friendly

Cons:

Bed very uncomfortable,pillows rock hard.Bathroom mediocre.Some tea cups had chips on them.Found hairs on bed sheets .would not recommend at all

Standart Ausstattung: Tisch, Stuhl, Lampe, gemütliches Bett. Sehr sauber. Viel Platz. Für den Preis echt super (untere / mittel Klasse). Eigenes Bad. Alles hat gut funktioniert. Das Hotel ist umgeben von Einkaufszentrum, Shops, Restaurant usw. TOP

Cons:

Für ältere Leute wird es vielleicht schwierig mit den Treppen. Ich habe kein Aufzug gesehen.

Pros:

Extremely close to a centre metro line station, so really easy to move around the city. There were some stairs at the entrance, but the staff helped us a lot with the luggage. Everyone was very nice, and the place was clean and comfortable. Water and clean towels were provided daily, which we appreciate a lot.

Pros:

The location is great for getting into central London by bus or underground. A lot is going on in the area, which has built up over the years, and I hardly know the area at all. Places I knew disappeared under the new structure, and I got lost in the area. It's worth visiting the area. Staff are great to chat to. I stayed here because I was having an eye operation in the area, being my second one also. I love the area since I lived here years ago for a bit.

Cons:

It's a pity that it is not able to provide meals.

Pros:

La camera veniva riordinata e pulita tutti i giorni, ci cambiavano sempre gli asciugamani e ci davano sempre bottigliette d'acqua. Posizione comoda essendo molto vicina alla metro e avendo beni di prima necessità nei dintorni.

Lugar estratégico ideal
Pros:

En mi caso, que el motivo del viaje era asistir a un evento en el O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire, el hotel W12 Rooms fue excelente. Su ubicación es ideal, literalmente a unos pasos de la estación de metro (Underground) de la Central Line 'Shepherd's Bush' y a unos pasos más de la estación de Overground de la Mildmay Line. A unos diez minutos andando por la misma acera también se llega a la estacion de metro (Underground) de las Circle y Hammersmith & City lines 'Shepherd's Bush Market'. El centro de Londres queda cerca y, además, el centro comercial Westfield está a menos de cinco minutos del hotel.
Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes. Las camas son cómodas, el baño adecuado y la limpieza buena. Además tiene recepción 24 horas y puedes dejar el equipaje el día del check out hasta muy tarde (en mi caso, cuando acabó el evento en el O2 Empire) y no pusieron ningún problema.
La verdad, no descarto repetir en el futuro. Las tres noches que pasé fueron buenas.

Cons:

El hotel no dispone de ascensor. Esa información se da con antelación, lo cual está bien. Aunque en mi caso personal no fue un problema porque lo sabía, para gente que viaje con varias personas y alguna tenga algún problema esto puede ser un inconveniente. Las escaleras son verdaderamente pronunciadas.
