Péssimo
Cons:

Deixei pré reservado com meu cartão e na reserva tava informando que eu pagaria na recepção quando fosse fazer o check in , então viajei 300 km pois sou de outro estado , quando cheguei no hotel o funcionário informou que não tinha encontrado minha reserva , olhei no app e tinha sido cancelada pela acomodação sendo que eles nem ao menos tentaram cobrar no cartão que deixei salvo , ou seja tive que sair a procura de outros hotéis sendo que estava todos lotados devido ser um período que tinha festa na cidade . Acabei encontrando uma pousada e me hospedando , fiquei super chateado pois isso não se faz .
Não recomendo o Hotel .

Cancelaron mi reserva sin avisarme nada, estuvimos hablando por WhatsApp y nunca me avisaron que habían cancelado la reserva. Las fotos del hotel son mejores que el hotel.
