Café da manhã, falar dos funcionários é complicado pq teve uma recepcionista bem debochadinha que ficava falando do WhatsApp como se fosse outra pessoa que respondesse, como se quisesse fazer a gente de boba! E tiveram funcionários ótimos. Gostei pq tivemos problemas diversos, mas houve resolução dos problemas

Cons:

Da recepcionista debochada, fazendo os hóspedes de bobos! Do quarto que ficamos estava com problemas hidráulicos! Falta de papel no toalete.

Pros:

O café da manhã é impecável. A qualidade das camas é sensacional. E o chuveiro do banheiro é ótimo. Gostei da academia, muito bem equipada. A equipe é muito atenciosa e educada. E a vista não poderia ser melhor!!

Cons:

O cheiro da roupa de cama poderia ser melhor. Não sei se é por causa da umidade, mas poderia ser mais perfumada. Mas isso não afeta em nada na qualidade de todos os itens!

Cons:

Deixei pré reservado com meu cartão e na reserva tava informando que eu pagaria na recepção quando fosse fazer o check in , então viajei 300 km pois sou de outro estado , quando cheguei no hotel o funcionário informou que não tinha encontrado minha reserva , olhei no app e tinha sido cancelada pela acomodação sendo que eles nem ao menos tentaram cobrar no cartão que deixei salvo , ou seja tive que sair a procura de outros hotéis sendo que estava todos lotados devido ser um período que tinha festa na cidade . Acabei encontrando uma pousada e me hospedando , fiquei super chateado pois isso não se faz .
Não recomendo o Hotel .
