Great location near attractions and transport
Pros:

One of the best things about Hotel Malaysia Penang was its excellent location. It is situated very close to many happening places, making it easy to explore the city without spending too much time or money on transport. Several popular attractions are within walking distance, which is very convenient for tourists. The hotel is also located near a bus stop, making public transportation easily accessible for getting around Penang. This made sightseeing smooth and stress-free. Overall, the location greatly enhanced the travel experience and made the stay more enjoyable and efficient.

Cons:

While the stay was generally comfortable, one downside was the lack of basic toiletries in the room. For a hotel of this standard, it would have been more convenient if essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other toiletries were provided. Guests usually expect these small but important amenities, especially when traveling light. Having to arrange or purchase them separately can be slightly inconvenient after a long journey. Adding these simple items would significantly improve the overall guest experience and make the stay more comfortable and hassle-free.

Besviken då det inte levde upp till det som stod om boendet.
Pros:

Frukosten var helt ok, och utsikten till frukosten var bra.

Cons:

1. Sängarna och kuddarna är hårda som plankor. Har otroligt ont i ryggen och nacken efter två nätter på hotellet.
2. Toaletten satt inte fast i golvet, så när man torkade sig lät det som att hela toalettstolen skulle välta.
3. Handdukarna var trasiga med stora hål i. Det var även hål i säng-lakanen samt fläckar på dom.
4. Då en i sällskapet var matförgiftad frågade vi om man kunde ta ner en liten tallrik med frukt från frukostbuffén till rummet så denne slapp gå upp. Det fick man inte alls göra! Inget fick lämna ”restaurangen”.

It was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
Pros:

The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Also, hotel’s central location made it very convenient to access nearby attractions and amenities.

Cons:

One area for improvement would be the provision of basic toiletries such as soap and toothbrushes. It would be helpful for guests, especially those who may have forgotten to bring their own, as we had to purchase these items from a nearby shop.
