Pros:

La vue panoramique de la salle de restaurant et des chambres est tout simplement incroyable !! Chambre spacieuse et lit confortable, à proximité de tout. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute

Cons:

Les choix du petit déjeuner sont restreints et répétitifs. La salle de bain et la robinetterie sont vétustes, mauvaise isolation pour les chambres familiales

Tengah bandar, dekat dengan banyak kemudahan

Cons:

Bilik saya paling hujung. Housekeeping park troli depan bilik. Setiap update walkie talkie housekeeping bunyi sampai dalam bilik saya. Dari pagi sampai sebelum check out. So bunyi tersebut memang mengganggu saya sekeluarga berehat sebelum check out.

The breakfast spread was normal and was ok ...for the price
location was ok
AC was not very cold ...hope the Hotel maintenance will do something about that

Kedudukan hotel sangat strategik dengan bandar Penang dan parking kereta yg sngt selamat.

Cons:

Hotel yang lama tapi masih selesa. Boleh tambah baik utk lighting dan keadaan bilik yang lebih moden.

Rooms are nice, facilities are good. Staff is friendly.
Pros:

Location is strategic, walkable distance to a multitude of eateries. Many convenience stores nearby. Breakfast at level 11 with a view but can get a bit warm because they open the windows. Breakfast spread is ok but could be better.

Cons:

Parking lots are limited. They provide a water dispenser along the corridor and provided a jug inside the room. I prefer bottled water instead.

1.Location is good.
2.Hotel room is good.

Cons:

1.AC is bad.They need to replace and i am sure they are well aware od same.
2.Hotel did not adjusted my 3 days booking to 2 days even i informed before checking time that i missed my ferry from langkawi to penang.I already paid for 3 days at the time of booking.They declined request for 1 day refund/ adjust.Zeor courtsoury.
3.Staff is not flexible and they keep saying as per their policy on any matter.

overall good. very near to blue mansion.
Pros:

the location was great and got free parking is the best part. there is a continent store near by too. so was out from the noisy place but still near from the heart. good.

Cons:

There toilet was a bit under maintained. the bath tub water cannot drain smoothly. amenities also not enought. luckily we brought own toothbrush. shower gel and shampoo can be improve.
