Pros:

The location near bus stop, opposite of Indomaret. I also like the soft mattress, clean room, breakfast food.

Cons:

Some of the light didnt work, some is always on cannot be turned off. Also, the ceiling is a bit dirty.

Pros:

The location and the politeness of their staffing. Could upgrade the cleanliness of the toilet utilities, quality of the water supply (especially in the mornings) and their breakfast cuisine. Overall it was a happy stay for the whole family of mine

Cons:

Water quality during heavy usage in the mornings. My children's room, the water turns into foul colour and odor during heavy usage in the morning and low pressure flow.

Smelly Room Of A Budget hotel
Pros:

The only thing that I need to highlight is the unpleasant smell of the room which is not spacious though I have requested for non smoking room that makes me and my kid felt annoyed.
