Locatie is goed en vriendelijk personeel
Als je ontbijt wil kan je liever vroeger gaan dan is er meer en is het warmer, ook doen ze ommeletjes voor je maken, wel moet je iemand vragen om te komen ervoor.,
Airco was stukgegaan en was dezelfde dag gemaakt dat was super fijn

Cons:

De kamer de penthouse was op de fotos toch wel mooier en de douche vond ik nogal in een hoekje geplaatst.
Jammer dat er bij de check out werd gezegt dat er een handdoek mist maar naar dat ik heb gezegt dat ik geen handdoek hoef van hun en dubbel check van hun was het goed
Koffie bij het ontbijt was echt niet lekker en voor een andere koffie moet je betalen

الفندق نظيف موقعه حيوي وحركي الشاطئ قريب و ممكن المشي إليه
الافطار لذيذ.
الموظفين بشوشين وخدمتهم اكثر من رائعة

Cons:

في الغرفة الاولى كان المكيف حار وكان فيه تجاوب وتم تغير الغرفة وكانت قريبة جداً من الرسبشن وكان الوضع ازعاج جداً
وايضاً من يسبح فالمسبح الصوت يكون ظاهر.

ايضاً المكيف بدأ بالتسريب واضطريت ابلاغهم للأستدعاء الفني

لان اعاود التجربة أفضل مكان بعيداً عن الصخب والازعاج.

Pros:

Everything looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com, which made us so happy from the moment we arrived 😊
We booked the Suite and it was the best choice 'cause it's spacious, comfortable, and the view was so beautiful 🌅😍 The room was spotless, everything felt fresh and well-kept. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay 🙌💛 We felt so welcomed and taken care of.

Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bali 🌴Highly recommend!

Loved it all I can say is that we have booked our sons family and ourselves for our June/July holiday
Pros:

Lovely and clean , staff 10 out of 10. . Room was large 50 odd sqm , breakfast good selection and nothing was too much trouble

Cons:

The shuttle could have a few extra runs per day only 9.30 and 2.30
Booked a pool access and no ladder or steps as my wife had to carry her towel over her head to get to the steps , then walk to her room

Overall good location and great staff, rooms were a little over priced for what the offer.
Pros:

Rooms were okay, mini fridges didn’t keep anything cold. Pool was great and so were the staff, all very friendly and willing to assist. Breakfast buffet and regular menu catered for mostly non western options, but was fine.

Cons:

The fridges were not cold for drinks, air con in our room didn’t really work. Breakfast needed more western options. Not even free water for teeth brushing.
