Good value and good location
Pros:

Staff were super friendly . Great location and good value. The swimming pool was clean , and so was the room

Cons:

The walls are a little too thin you can hear the noise from the hall . The Breakfast pastries weren’t great, but nothing too bad

The only room I could breathe in was the family suite.
Pros:

The only thing I didn't mind was the breakfast and the location was good as I could walk wherever I needed to go.

Cons:

The girl they have at reception needs people skills.
Doesn't smile or make you feel welcome or heard.
The rooms I found atrocious, smelly and old.
Definitely not what the pics showed online.

Staff are lovely, but hotel needs maintenance/repairs carried out to bring it up to standard
Pros:

Location - it was close to where we wanted to go.
Breakfast - the potato wedges were nice.

Cons:

Where do I start?
We originally booked a twin share room, confirmed via email with two separate beds. When we were given our room, the bed was a king. When we mentioned this, we were told that the hotel was fully booked, and we could not change rooms. We were able to change rooms the following day. In this same 1st room, the door handle fell off the door into my hand - the grub screw was missing (easily fixed, but the inconvenience was frustrating).

In the 2nd room, the air conditioner tripped 3 separate times while we were there. The 2nd time it happened, I asked the repair guy if he would change the fuse, he said yes, but this did not happen.

The safe did not work either. Yes, it was fixed straight away, but the further inconvenience of this after we had to change rooms didn't add to a positive experience.

We had purchased drinks to keep in the fridge and drink at our leisure. Let me just say that our drinks would have stayed colder out of the fridge as the air-conditioned room was cooler than the fridge.

On the day we arrived, it had been raining. The rain was coming through the ceiling in the lobby near the lifts (I suspect this may have contributed to the air conditioning tripping). The public toilets in the same area were filthy and smelly. The toilets did not flush.

The breakfast foods which were supposed to be hot, were cold. One day at breakfast, a tourist group took up all the tables (which is ok) but not only did they overfill their plates, but they also filled take away containers and took them away with them leaving other patrons without food. Nothing seemed to be done about this.

The shower would often flood onto the floor for the bathroom wetting the floor mat if it was left too close.

The pool area was not inviting or relaxing. There was a lack of lounge chairs around the pool area. Unlike the photos on the website.

Cons:

I was in room 137 pool access. The noise dripping from the pool was annoying luckily I came home drunk most nights and was able to sleep through it. Apart from that everything else was perfect

Not so great experience with such high prices for a suite room
Pros:

1. Location is good. Rooms are ok. However, prices for suite room are too high as compared to the facilities and size of the room.

Cons:

Price and facility as per the suite room, Despite late check in and prior information, room was not ready for more than an hour. Had to wait and then after so much wait, they change the room which was not really up to the level of suite room.

Very dissapointing for the price
Pros:

The breakfast was great and location was good however there does appear to be a lot closing down close by.

Cons:

For what you get it was over priced for Bali accomodation. The beds are hard we stayed during a reasonably cool period lucky for us,as the aircon didn’t get really cold.
We booked pool access room and while the other apartments had comfy outdoor seating these rooms did not. You had constant plumbing noises from I assume the above rooms. The pool had a very loud suction noise as though pool was lacking water on some occasions. one night in particular it went until about 2 in the morning. The fridges are NOT fridges I wouldn’t even say they are coolers our milk went off, it was open for coffee first morning stored in the “fridge” and second day it was sour.
The pool doors don’t seal properly so the mosquitos were able to get in. We got a floor mat and a towel each no hand towel or flannels obviously the last bit is being overly picky but was just an extra bit to add to the dissapointment. Definitely overpriced for what you get

It was just perfect and would definitely stay there again! Great location, walking distance to all that you need.
Pros:

Omg hands down the most comfortable bed and pillows I have EVER slept on! Spotlessly clean, huge rooms. Free cold water in the hallways to top up your bottles. Just great!

Cons:

Sometimes it was really loud from other guests. Soundproofing would be awesome there.

Definitely worth the money. I will come back again.
Pros:

Location: walking distance to the famous bars street for foreigners.
Front desk: very friendly and professional.
Room: clean with cold AC.
Breakfast buffet: I will give breakfast 10/10. Surprised.
Swimming pool: good.

Cons:

AC was broken in the night. But maintenance arrived within 5-10 minutes. Once they found out it was unfixable, front desk immediately gave me a larger room for free. I am happy with how they handling the issue.
