Staff really nice but there is no parking as them said in website customer have to share parking area with other hotel or sometimes staff need to drive your car to park at the mall.
We had a great time
The locstion was excellent and the staff real friendly. The convenience store Tops and laundry service were just steps away from the hotel.

The room was nice clean the AC was ok but the humidity in the room was very high. There wete also bugs in the room ihad several bug bites on my arms.
Awful... avoid this hotel.. it is a 2 star dressed as a 3 star claiming to be a 5 star.
The pictures of sunloungers are a con.. they do not allow you to use them for sun bathing in fact roof closed all day till 5pm.
Its a cafe not a rooftop.. bed as hard as nails. Staff rude.. its on a back street not ocean front with an alley to get in past a very plain dining room.
I complained and they charged two nights payment even thought i couldnt stay there.
Scam to avoid much better hotels that are cheaper.
This is nothing like a premium location or hotel. Small 2 person lift for all floors so its slow.

We had a wonderful time. Good customer service. Breakfast buffet was fair. It could be better. Overall my stay was wonderful!
We really enjoyed our stay here. We opted for an ocean view room, which was located on the seventh floor. The view was breathtaking, however, the Wi-Fi seemed not to reach our floor very well. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. There are plenty of convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. They utilize the gym from a neighboring hotel, which I did not mind because it was well equipped. The pool is also one of a neighboring hotel and located in a non-secluded area so it did not seem to be utilized much. The rooftop bar and restaurant was very nice with great views as well. Available seating, delicious food, and a DJ on the weekends. However, the two nights that we were there did not have very many people, but was still a good vibe overall.

The location was great, with plenty of fun activities and various food nearby. The bed, service, supplies, and breakfast were great, too. The bar on the top had good environment and also some extra cost. It is worth noting that the rooms were smaller than expected. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
The room’s cleaned but not every room will have a good view. Large bed but not comfy.
