Agradável, com bom custo x benefício e ótimo atendimento, porém apertado e meio longe do movimento.
Pros:

Limpeza, bom atendimento dos funcionários, café da manhã muito bom, custo benefício bom.

Cons:

A localização fica um pouco distante pra ir a pé de onde a noite e o movimento acontecem. Não tem mercado próximo, só farmácias.
As instalações estão precisando de uma reforma e o quarto é apertado.

Café da manhã poderia ser mais cedo, reposição dos itens do cafe demorado, ar condicionado do apt 106 muito barulhento ( impossível dormir com ele ligado ) horário da piscina principalmente a noite muito restrito.

Café da manhã, equipe de limpeza, em especial a Andréia, sempre sorridente e prestativa.

Cons:

O quarto que me hospedei era diferente do que estava no anúncio. O banheiro era muito pequeno. Estacionamento rotativo e sem portão, se pensando em segurança, o risco de todas as chaves estarem no mesmo local.
