Cons:

Quarto mt claro e pequeno. Travesseiros rígidos. O café da manhã tem mts bolos.. mas não tem pão fresco. Podia ser mais sortido e caprichado. A falta de elevador é problema p pessoa idosa que fica no 3andar.

O carisma dos funcionários e o bom atendimento. Nosso grupo foi de 20 pessoas, todos gostaram. Solicitei o salão pra cantar parabens pra minha filha e fui atendida. O café da manha é caprichado.

A única coisa boa é a localização, pois é perto da praia Cruz das Almas.

Cons:

O quarto é minúsculo, mal cabe duas pessoas, o café da manhã não tem muitas opções e parecia estar tudo velho. Para sair e entrar fora do horário, tem que tocar a campainha e esperar bastante tempo até alguém atender.
